Super Termite Invading South Florida

The two most destructive termite species in the world, which cause billions of dollars in property damage annually, are teaming up in South Florida, creating hybrid colonies that grow fast and could cause damage to homes at a quicker pace. A team of University of Florida entomologists are researching how much damage they could do.
