    IMO, consitutional courts can't exactly lead to a sheikh hasina like situation for the same reason he quotes later in the video - that Bangladesh is a homogenous country with one party rule and a leader who increasingly leaned on convenient authoritarianism over 15 long years.
    I am curious about his thoughts on the streak of populism within judges and the "judicialization" of politics.
