Dorie Greenspan's Raspberry Cranberry Spiced Cheesecake By Driscoll's® Berries

Cheesecakes are a staple dessert for the holidays. Dorie Greenspan takes this classic dessert to the next level by including spiced cookies in the crust and filling to give it even more of a holiday flare.

What you’ll need:
Jam
1 teaspoon peeled minced gingerroot
1 package (6 ounces) Driscoll's Raspberries
2 cups cranberries (if frozen, don't thaw)
2/3 cup sugar
7 tablespoons orange juice
Decoration
1 cup very cold heavy cream
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar, sifted
2 packages (6 ounces each) Driscoll's Raspberries
2 tablespoons cookie crumbs reserved from the crust (above; optional)
Crust
10-12 ounces spice cookies or gingersnaps (to make 2 3/4 cups crumbs)
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
Filling
2 pounds full-fat cream cheese, at room temperature
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
4 large eggs, at room temperature
1 cup heavy cream, at room temperature
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup cookie crumbs reserved from the crust (above)
