Fingers crossed that more brands shift to anatomical toe boxes 🤞 My whole life has been spent with toes cramped by traditionally shaped shoes, and most alternatives are zero-drop models which I’m not looking for. Would love to see you guys review the Topo Ultraventure 3 and MTN Racer 3 models, they’re 5mm-drop shoes with anatomical toe boxes.
I love my Trailfly 300 Max, I'm hoping these have similar longevity as the midsole of the 300 lasts forever and I fear these will be replacing the 300.
Just finished my first 23 miles in the Trailfly Speed, loved them overall, light, nimble, and super secure. They transition from gravel trails to tarmac and on to soft trail really well. On very soft ground they are good considering it’s not what they are designed for, they do seem to struggle to clear the mud if they get really clogged up. Very happy with my investment and would happily put in 50k+ in them. Size 7.5 wide fit.
Definitely found these size small. I bought the mud talon at the same time - both in my usual 8.5 and the trailfly was clearly shorter. Ordered a 9 and looking forward to getting out on the trails when they arrive.
hi. can you give an advice based on your experience? I have a trail shoe which fits. it is eur 44 and 28cm. I can se the Trailfly eur 44 is 28.5 cm. Should I stick to the 44 or the 28 cm which would be the eur 43?
@@tschabika if it helps I am always a UK 8.5 in every Inov-8 shoe I’ve had over the last 10 years but with this new model I am a UK 9. For me at least this shoe sizes a bit shorter than all their other shoes.

I hope you can review the new Ron Hill trail shoes. I find their running kit very good but they seem to spend nothing on marketing
Well now I’m curious. Their gear generally seems really good.

Interesting shoe! Wondering how they compare to the G270 v2. Apart from the zero drop vs 6 mm of course.
Did you try the standard or wide?
