I'm still in the beginning of this video but I'm going to comment anyway. I have this dumb fear of sliding idk why but I do and I don't know how to get over it and this is going to be my first year playing on a high school softball team so I'm kind of really nervous about it so if you have any helpful tips that would be nice

Practice your sliding in private - lots of times people put mats down or other padding things over the grass to make it softer. maybe even in the snow it'll be easier and you'll slide easier on the soft snow. Just be careful!

@@SnapSoftball I am 50 can still slide and love it! I learned in middle school when my coach flooded a grassy field with water so it was squishy and muddy - soft and fun. Maybe you can work on your sliding using a slip and slide in the grass?

Hey Coach, love the content and interested in Early Work. Our guns are closed at the moment. How does this program translate to players without standard gym equipment?

Not that well. It’s not built for a living room, unfortunately. Working on a true at-home program but it won’t be out for a while.

Hey will this help me , i haven't played softball 14 years and I'm playing for a church team in 2 weeks and I'm so out of shape and body isn't the same. 😵 Just wanna know before i start !! Thank you 😊 wish i had this video 14 years back ! Your awesome explaining it through

I mean, it's a good workout but I dont know you personally so I cant say if its right for you, and 2 weeks is not much time to make any meaningful changes, but longterm it can get results.
