  • Relax and find peace, calm, and inner joy by taking a walk in the woods in your mind. Just enjoy this time throughout your day or night to find a state of zen and mindful stress relief for your soul. Nature can be a way to push the reset button and reconnect with the earth. The sky, clouds, trees, birds, wind, and all the other parts of nature can be such a rejuvenating, calming, and relaxing way to refresh yourself. Feel at peace as you take each step in your mind and feel anxiety relief as each minute passes. This meditation session may truly be what you need to feel fresh and new.
    This meditation session is 16 minutes in total: 12 minutes include spoken guided dialogue and the other 4 minutes are ambient music and nature sounds in the background to finalize the session. I recommend turning off your "auto-play" feature on the UA-cam player. This can be a great session either in the morning, midday, or before sleep… really any time daily that you need it!
