    Homemade Malai Kulfi Written Recipe with Directions:
    Ingredients:
    -Water as required
    -Sugar 1 cup
    -Milk 1 liter
    -Green Cardamom (sabaz elaichi) Essence 2-3 drops or green cardamom powder 2 pinch
    -Milk Powder 2 tbs
    -Almonds (badam) 5-6
    -Pistachios (Pista) 8-10
    -Bread slices 3
    Directions:
    -In a pan, add 2 tbs water and sugar ½ cup and melt it on medium to low flame until it changes color.
    -Now, add 1 cup water and cook it on medium to low flame until it changes dark in color.
    -Add milk, green cardamom essence, milk powder, and ½ cup sugar, mix well, and wait until it boils.
    -With the help of a pestle and mortar, make powder of almonds and pistachios.
    -When the milk starts boiling, add the powder of almonds and pistachios and again bring it to boil.
    -In a chopper, add bread slices and chop them.
    - When the milk starts boiling, add chopped bread to the milk and cook it for 8-9 minutes on medium to low flame.
    -Bring it out in a bowl and let it cool.
    - Pour kulfi mixture into kulfi molds and place sticks in the center, and freeze for 8 hours.
    -Place the kulfi mold in water for a few seconds so that kulfi comes out easily from the kulfi mold.
    - Garnish with pistachio or Coconut & serve!
