Love these!! As soon as I saw them this morning I started them! I had to quit to do errands and housework etc. to prepare for Christmas but I just sat back down to get back to them and watched the video to double check the thumbhole placement. Such an easy pattern and you explained it so well I did not even need to look at the pattern. Thank you so much!! I cannot wait to make some for my grandson now!! I want to make some in all the colors!
Three years later and I finally made these adorable fingerless mitts! They came out as cute as they look in the video ❤. I actually made 6 pairs for a special family of 6 girls: ages 6-17. Changing hook sizes I could vary the sizes slightly, and I even accomplished making a Santa version 🎅🏻. They were a big hit. Thank you for all your wonderful patterns and especially your videos 🥰 🤩
These are great, I made one with your instructions and it was a lot to big, mind you my hand is not small but the double crochet was to big. So I downsized the hook and the stitch to a half double did thirteen rows before the thumb and five after. Then had two single rows at the thumb and one that was singles around three lower thumb and slip stitches over the top to give the thumb more covering. Thanks for the easy to follow tutorial and written pattern. Oh, and I started with a change of 25+2. The 25 was the stitch count not counting the chain up. And joined after the first row, allowed for a stretcher first row. Again thanks.
I just made my 7 Yr old Niece some. I chained 20 with a 5mm hook. Dbc for 5 rows. Row 6..1dbc then chain 4 skip 4 then continue with dbc. Row 7...dbc all stitches for 3 more rows. Hoping they fit her 😬🤣🤣🤣hope this helps anyone...
ADORBS! Will definitely make these as 🎁s for my nurses! Think I'll have to go down a hook size, though, but still ... you make the cutest patterns. And you crochet at the speed of light!😄 Thank you on this Thanksgiving Day!🥰
So cute! it took me a few rounds to discover you put the first double crochet in the same stitch as the chain two and end the round with a slip stitch in the first double crochet Not in the top of the chain two.
Do you have a recommendation for any particular ribbing that would go with these dbl crochet stitches vs. starting with just a chain that doesn't have a much stretching to it?
I am a little disappointed that the video doesn't spin and get larger. Therefore it is too small to see some of the steps I was unsure about. Cute gloves tho!
Gorgeous . Couldn't resist . Made the gingerbread men for myself and snowman for hubby last night . So easy thank you . Tagged you in the post

Do you have a recommendation for any particular ribbing that would go with these dbl crochet stitches vs. starting with just a chain that doesn't have a much stretching to it?
You could start with a row of foundation double crochet and join in the round after the first row. Will give a stretchier start.
@@ZebraKitten thank you.. I'll try that on the next set..
