Always do a full nut and bolt check before a top speed run. Also a good idea to use a paint pen or sharpie and put a mark at 12 o' clock on every bolt so you can tell if they've moved. Last thing you want is something important coming apart when you're doing 70+.

learned this the hard way. my 212 piston disassembled going 58 in my quad. bolts were loose and made a loud knock and cracked the block man i was forced to walk home

-28mm flatslide.
-Stage 3 exhaust pipe. (You have already)
50lb dual valve springs
Big valve head 18cc chamber. (get head flowed)
-Flat top piston (if non hemi or tilly)
-.315 cam with upgraded rockers.
-Billet Rod
-Billet Side Cover (vented to the head cover)
-Billet Crank
-Billet Flywheel (ultra light too inconvient, billet will do job) if you had a hemi or tillotson you could've bought the PVL flywheel rated for 17,000 rpm total and can hold 15,000 rpm for 1hr!
-Fuel Pump
-Your gonna need a gear change, no more 10 inch tire with a 5+ gear ratio, drop down to between a 4.3-4.6, hell with that .315 cam and 50lb springs you could drop down to a 3.8 and that shits going to be faaassstt.
Would you use the stock pushrod length And what ratio. Rockers?

Great video, I’m really enjoying what you’re accomplishing with the Predator 212. I have the 3 disc clutch from E. C. Carburetors, I’ve messaged them a couple of times about setting the clutch up, but I haven’t received an answer for over 6 months.
How are you setting up your 3 disc clutch?
mild little set up that's competitive run a mod 2 and 1.3s that takes the mod 2 cam to 292 on intake and 300 on exhaust for lift if you run stock length chromoly push or stock push rods with 245° duration at a 109.8lsa

I’m knew to the mini bike community does anyone know why when I barely press the throttle it wants to wheelie?
Gearings to high on rear sprocket change to a 55 or something to get good top speed. Better way to put it the more teeth ur sprocket has the more acceleration it will have and the less teeth is more top speed

I hit 70mph on a stock 224 (stock rod, flywheel, plastic cam) only port and polish head with 22lb valve springs. 12/53 gearing.

What are the chances of my predator 212 motor with a governor delete blowing up? It has nothing changed internally expect the removement of the governor. What’s the longest I should hold it at full throttle?
I have a stock motor I used for drag racing and riding it still hasent blown up but depends how the engine is tuned and rpm’s I would rev mine to 7500rpm all stock internals if you check my channel you will see
I'd stay around 10 seconds at full throttle. An put a smaller rear sprocket helps lower RPM like a 50 or 48 th

Brodie get a tachometer off Amazon a digital one and hook it up to your bike it’s easy and you can see your rpm just keep it below 6000 rpm and your good I hit 6500 before with a mikuni carb and stock internals but wouldn’t recommend keep it under 6000
Mine blew up at 6200 after I put springs in mine just don't put springs init and it'll be fine
