Acura MDX NAV screen off eBay doesn't work

Mine did the same thing. Mine was for sure the navigation unit underneath the seat. I followed the diag process in the service shop manuals

You were unwise enough to buy a used acura mdx nav screen. You're not the first as the design and inherent issues with 1st gen nav screen and dvd drives are ridiculous. This should've been a class action suit to complete, covered recall from day one.
Great vehicle - terrible company in the honda line.
Anyway, this was broken well before being placed in bubble wrap.
Also, you don't know what packing materials are? Jfc

You sure it didn't need to be mounted in the frame & grounded? Did you figure it out?
