Great list! I love leather in fragrances when done well. Leder 6 is one that had been on my list to try, but I forgot about it until now! Thanks for the reminder! I’ll have to get a decant soon! I’ve also been wanting to try Oud Malaki for quite some time, but I own Rasasi Sotoor Waaw which is apparently very similar (also a fantastic fragrance for the cooler weather). I’m not sure if they’re readily available in Europe, but if you can find ST Dupont Perfect Tobacco and/or Noble Wood I’d highly recommend checking them out! Easily two of my best purchases this year!
Super list and video! I think that someone just starting out on their fragrance journey might be a bit intimidated by a few of these, though. Ganymede is really unusual/strange for a 'new' nose, and Oud Malaki, similarly. Even TDH is quite an unusual fragrance for a newbie. It may be simple but it's really quite austere in a way, and may be viewed as boring by a starter. Unusual but mass-appealing is probably the best introduction for a novice sniffer. African Leather was a great choice in that regard, as would be Layton. That Berlin Leder fragrance sounds very appealing! Cheers!
hey my friend , thanks a lot for your kind words :) I really wanted to be a bit different with this list because i think this would have been quiet interesting choices for me if i would start off again, but maybe your right and some of them can be a bit much for some noses 😁Leder 6 is a very interesting leather fragrance that takes another approach on a leather fragrance and makes it quiet sensual and alluring
I have to agree some of the list are not easy for new starters , African Leather took me 2 weeks of wearing to understand it . Naxos on the other hand is mass appealing. Terre I would say it's a Masterpiece that for some people under age of 25 -30 is hard to understand because they have one mind Sweet perfumes and not classy,But of older people new or old on parfumes I think Terre or Gray Vetiver or Guerlain Vetiver will work amazing . Good morning to all of u 😊
Hello my friend, thank you for this video! Great list as always. I added the ones I don't know to my must try list on parfumo 😊 I really want to get 2-3 new perfumes for the colder days soon and hopefully I can try some of your recommendations. Sometimes I think about how my perfume journey could have started out differently. In the beginning as perfume collector, people usually go for "cheaper" and mass appealing stuff, maybe dropping 50-100 € on the first perfume if they saved up a little, as did I. I still remember my first fragrance Lacoste Essential, which was a gift from my parents when I was 15. I know that I would have liked Layton or Naxos for example as a beginner. But would I have different tastes now if I started out with fragrances like that instead of "working up" from designer/mass appealing stuff? I will never know but it's interesting to think about. So when you say you would have wanted someone to show you the fragrances in the video (because you like them now and would've wanted to enjoy them sooner) it could actually be that your fragrance journey would've been completely different if you actually knew these fragrances earlier.
Hi my friend have u tried Eternal Oud ? I have Grand soir that my wife loves and i cant use it anymore 😂 and i wondering if i buy for me the Eternal oud that is also cheap.
Haha great story my friend 😁 I think ethernal oud is okay . It’s not on a level like grand soir of course but in the air it smells quite similar . You could try that 😉
I agree with its strength, it can be to much and once I wore it in the car with my sister and she was feeling sick afterwards but I really oversprayed 😅 I don’t think it smells old 😉
Hey 50, since you like Chopard Oud Malaki so much, did you try Penhaligon's HALFETI? Give it a try, in my opinion similar but much more complex! Check it out 😎 Oh, and good video!!
Thanks so much my friend for the recommendation. I tried it ans like it but my favorite fragrance in that category is Nishane papilefiko atm . Such an amazing fragrance 😍 did you try it ?

Oud Malaki is unique so good and so underrated. Also projecting so loud and eternal long lasting, affordable price. He eat all the categories 🤩
Hey my friend, it’s a well blendend Allrounder and I think it smells great for its price for sure 😊🫶
I smelled the Narciso edt, but hated it - much preferred the edp. The Parfum is now my favorite.
Maybe you’re not a Vetiver lover like me 😉
Great to hear that you enjoy the other ones of the line 🫶
Lovely list overall def a classy selection
Thanks so much my friend i really appreciate it 🫶

@@50scents_ thank you
Oud malaki i also can not wear - it is heavy overbearing. Older man scent. Perhaps i will keep it for when i am older.
