As someone who has a scar on my chest area from squamous cell carcinoma, I think your friend is smart to wear scarves. You are not protected with sunscreen only. I wore and still will especially on a long trip a satin scarf covering my neck. Helps with aging, but more importantly from skin cancers.

Hi Elle! I did a use up of my kitchen spices a few months ago and now working on lotions and gels - for microcurrent, shampoos/conditioners. I was so tired of not having anywhere to put anything. I've decided I want to have what I want and not everything else - ha!

Thanks so much for sharing, Elle. I'm going to get the Revlon Dark Blonde -I've yet to find a color range that I want to stick with but this is worth trying. Also I'm not sure if I can get the NXY concealer here but I'll have a look - always searching for a good under eye one that doesn't crease! Finally, I think I might have to order the Perfect Image Glycolic - it looks great. So much cheaper than a professional peel...Glad to hear it seems to help with general anti-aging! My skin is good but over 50....need all the help I can get with fine lines appearing. LOVE your look here xo🥰

I love your content - all of it! You are down to earth informative, with things I can really use. Did I miss the strength of the peel you use? Also, do you use the one drop in with your skin care every night?
Awww, thank you! This is the peel I like amzn.to/45gkAlR I use it probably 4 nights a week in my skin care at night and then on the off nights I use retinol. Once every week or two I do a full strength peel (but I never peel - just helps with skin turnover). Listen to your skin! ♥

Enjoyed your video showing your empties. Have you tried wearing a hand-wrist brace during the night. I find that really helps when I have overworked my shoulder?

How do you get your nails off without destroying your real Nail would you please do an update on that? I love the nails but they destroy my nails and try to get them off. I’m sure you’ve got a trick though.
I use acetone (which is nail polish remover). I usually have them on for two weeks at which point they are loose and pop off really easily. ♥

Wonder if your shoulder issue is a "frozen shoulder"? I had that - shoulder pain etc. Took a while but it eventually cleared up after specific exercises and other treatments. If you google it, you could see if your symptoms align with that. Thanks for the video!🤍
