Mister, can I request a song. I'm a fan of Johnny Lee Cherokee fiddle. Learn me that. Song
I’m having a hard time understanding you say down up down up down up but it every chord end in a downstrum and each chord you do two strums so it’s gonna end in a up stroke or down stroke
Hey Robbie can you teach me how to play change my mind by John Berry
I'll check it out, Thank you
How are you playing the bm?
5th string 2nd fret and 2nd string 3rd fret.
As a novice guitar player, the amount of time that the chords are on screen is too little. I keep having to rewind to see the positioning again and again .
Are you using some palm mute on this? I kept getting more resonation, and my B string is annoyingly piercing during the strumming
Yeah I'm doing a little at times and it helps whenever I feel it's getting too much sound🎸
@@LearnGuitarFavorites Thanks! I'll try scooting my palm down a bit. I've been keeping it up higher after the intro mutes.
I love your channel, and can happily say that this made my second song that I picked up start to finish!
Very much looking forward to working through my favorites from back in my favorite Era of country!
hey robbie do you know the notes on the entire fretboard?
No, I don't. Why do you ask?
@@LearnGuitarFavorites just wondering because guitar teachers say its something to be learned. i dont know if thats classified as music theory
Ok, yeah it is something that can be learned depending on what you are wanting to learn or do on guitar. For me, knowing the notes on the fretboard isn't important. I'm sure that if you want to do a lot of improvising and soloing that knowledge would be very useful, but for me, it's not. What are your goals for playing music?
@@LearnGuitarFavorites well ive been learning electric guitar for 3 years and my goal is to create music and join a band, i recently finished memorizing the notes on the entire fretboard so i guess i should use this knowledge on scales...
Okay cool! That's awesome that you've memorized it all. Sounds like you are a lead player. Yeah, I would work on learning the scales and learning to improvise playing lead in different keys. Awesome!

Low key sad song
Yeah...it is..
