The combo is too expensive in a vacuum but still works with your pop off turn. -radiant elemental and sorceress apprentice to "but not less than 1" and put apprentice back to 2 mana - warrior's upgraded hero power now gives 5 armor - every nerfed DH card will be reverted upon rotation, unnerf every DH card they didn't from last year They could do most of this tomorrow with likely no problem.

What chances are there this deck will be Legend viable next season? I'm already Legend, but I'm thinking about this or Reno Warrior and I only have the dust for one of them. I have plenty of viable decks, but looking for something a bit off meta, but also not dustbait.

I know a lot of folks who have played HS traditonally haven't due to the former absense of any online simulator but with Master Duel that is no longer an issue. Its in the middle of its anniversay and is quite affordable (compared to HS). It has always been my go-to card game when I don't enjoy hearthstone!
Thanks friend! I played Duels recently yeah, big fan of Exodia and winning on turn 1 after playing a million cards was very fun. I think it’s a little overwhelming for me to get more into at this point I’m afraid.
In my opinion decks like pillager and quest mage are good to exist,in order to keep in check the destroy every minion my opponents play decks(blood dks freeze shaman etc).But especially pillager combos off too early.Even aggro decks sometimes dont manage to kill pillager in time,while the rogue player just drew cards and didnt interact with board at all.Some +mana adjustments should help
I think you’re totally right about fixing Wild Mode. Personally not sure what to/could possibly change in Pillager, but Ice Block is the one constant that gives people awful experiences.
@Kenpatchi Ramasama if deck is gonna be nerfed, it should be actual nerf. Not animation times (where decks shoudnt be being balanced aroudn animations in first place) And like people would just animation cheat (again) and nothings changed.

I don't know if they see it as poaching their standard player base but it's such low hanging fruit to make all these modes. It makes way more sense than building duels, battlegrounds, and mercenaries on a 9 year old client.

Heartstone is fun. Enjoyable. But to play more then 3 decks. You have to pay for packs. The game has just gotten repetitive. I quite enjoy battle groups tho
I always feel like there's a chance to beat pillager, especially if you get on their back early. With quest mage, I only feel like I have a chance if some numpty is driving the truck.
I think the issue is there’s little interactive gameplay with the other player, rather than whether you have a chance. Like in this vid, the rogue only acknowledges the board with the Evasion at 14:09 . Everything else is Solitaire.

DH would be too op. Other than that I agree, though Ice Block is ok since mage doesn't have much heals.

Sadly it seemes cheap compare to Arthas or Sylvanas imo. They could have done this better as it’s a 3D-Portrait. But that‘s just my opinion.

I would say this is probably better than Reno Warrior. I don’t think its amazing but its alright.
