I am used to driving with a steering wheel on the left in the right hand lane. If I were to drive here, I guess I'd have to ride with someone to get some idea how things work, like lane control etc.
Are you by any chance driving a Mazda? :) I thought I heard the lane keep assist at 10:39 warning. (I own a 2022 MX-5 myself and that makes basically the same noise...)

Minha tia mora lá há mais de 40 anos. Não gostaria de morar no Japão e sim de visitar. Tóquio é a maior e mais rica metrópole do mundo, além de ser uma das 3 mais importantes cidades globais, ao lado de Nova York e Londres. Não entendo pq você não tem interesse em Tóquio

Not true, we used to drive for about ten or more. But there are quite a few who changes their cars after using five years because of vehicle inspection. Of cause after vehicle inspection, other people use those cars.

Inspection fee will cost you more than 200,000 yen(US$1,500) including vehicle weight tax and liability insurance. What's more, nearly 140,000 yen (US$1,150) will be added to this fee for vehicle insurance covering two years.
It's simple. All the drivers must follow the green arrow, either turning to the left or going straight, when the traffic light turns red. No turning to the right is allowed in this case.

12:00あたり、反町(たんまち)公園。昔はいわゆる遊園地で、ジェットコースターやゴーカート、プールにスケート場なんんかがあった。近所の駄菓子屋に行く感覚で自転車に乗って遊びに行っていた。プールサイド(冬はローラースケート場）の食堂にあったラーメンがものすごく美味しかった。手前のサカタのタネは、ずいぶん立派になっちゃいましたね。

私は横浜の住人ですが、東京はやはりお金持ちだなあと、この動画を見て感じました。国道1号の横浜と川崎は片側2車線なのに
多摩川過ぎて東京に入った途端に片側3車線に広がる。それと道路の両側に中高層のビルやマンションが建ち並んでいる風景が
他とは違う。東京の力を感じます。
元々、横浜は地形的に難しい。お金があっても広い道路は困難。逆に、インフラ整備に膨大な事業コストと労力、時間をかけてきた。
平地やなだらかな台地辺縁なら、広い道路を整備しやすいけど、横浜は殆ど丘陵地帯、山あり谷ありだもん。乏しい平地の広がり。国土地理院の陰影起伏図を見ると他都市との違いに目を瞠る。幹線道は谷筋や臨海部(昔の海岸線)を所狭しと走ってる。動画のみなとみらいからたった三百メートル内陸には凄い坂や崖。地形的に恵まれた地域の道路整備とは勝手が違う。増大する交通量をバイパス、新線、立体交差を用い、苦労しながら対応してきた。シンクタンクの調査は、横浜を日本一の斜面都市と位置づけている。寧ろ、こんな地理条件で良く開発し、発展させてきたなと思う。高いビルをボンボン作れない理由も同じこと。

しかし東神奈川あたりから川崎あたりまでの程よい田舎感というか地方都市感…都内に比べたら神奈川県ってやっぱりちょっと田舎感あるよね。
