There's a place near me that makes beer ice cream and's really good. They sell it in pints but also serve it in alcoholic root beer as a float.

An Italian couple I've known for years pours blueberry table wine over vanilla ice cream. I've made blueberry wine milkshakes and they are sooooo good.

It'd be bad ice cream. I used to work at a ice cream shop and they made a sorbet with white zinfandel and it was delightful.
In their defence: Looking at something of pasty-white colour and not thinking "red wine" is forgiveable.

The recipe is really simple. Get some vanilla ice cream, or whatever you like as a base, then add your favorite booze/liqueur. I like vanilla with Capt Morgan's spiced rum. The perfect summer evening treat.

There's an ice cream shop in the Hel Mel neighborhood of LA that makes alcoholic ice cream cakes. Kind of expensive but SUCH a party pleaser!

I've only had an alcoholic milkshake from Wahlburgers in Las Vegas. They just added marshmallow vodka to it. It was pretty good but could have been stronger for $13.

There's a literal ice cream bar in my town. They sell ice cream, alcohol, or ice cream mixed with alcohol. Good stuff
I am an American who lives in France at the moment, a student, and I just ran across this brand of chocolate called Villars that has alcohol in it. From absinthe to cognac... you guys should totally check it out. ;D
A Swedish example (not sure there was much alchol in it) rhum raisins spread like chocolate chips ("stracciatella"?) through otherwise white ice cream.
Every March the gelato shop near me has about 5 alcoholic flavours. I always look forward to it.

So...if you want to know an excellent alcoholic ice cream...
Take some chamomile tea and reduce it into a syrup with a teaspoon of fresh lemon juice, sugar, and honey (rose honey if you can get it, if not, add a bit of rose water to the mix). When it is starting to get thick (when it's slightly warmer than room temperature), add about half of the syrup's mass worth of bourbon whiskey (at least 80 proof). Add about a tablespoon of high-quality vanilla (Madagascan or Mexican) and fold it into the cream...then make the ice cream the way you normally would. Serve it on its own, or with very thin slices of granny smith apple (like potato chip/crisp sized) as an edible, pallet-cleansing garnish.
