Note: All I have available is what we've heard in the collected sampler Konami updated; not the full track of Unhinged Betrayal.
I really need the full song to mess with along with the other Pyramid Head based tracks...but that'll be awhile for that. In this video and a companion extended version (or visa versa - lazy copy-paste description) I've mixed the V2 extension with the original Game Version of the track from OG SH2. I've also altered the Sample portion a bit.
