- If you're struggling with allergies, don't just look outside. Look inside, too. You could have plenty of allergy triggers at home. Pollen and other things like mold and dust can also be hiding in your home and causing havoc.

I’d also recommend clearing your yard of any plants that might be causing these allergies, especially next to outdoor AC units. Giving your animals a bath especially if they’ve been brushing against said plants.
Unfortunately I live in a town house and can’t do anything about the plants

I have allergies and my eyes water alot and i start crying and i don't know when i got them i do everything to get it awaynit won't work and i have allergies right now which im crying right now and please comment on me so tell me what could help me get allergies away please
That sounds terrible, is it possible to relocate? Perhaps get seen professionally?
