Sanders is consistent in that millionaires should still be taxed at a higher percentage despite becoming a millionaire himself. He did not create his wealth by exploiting people but through book sales, and we know that because he has released his taxes. Donald Trump, like most politicians on both sides and most billionaires, is completely inconsistent. He's changed his party affiliation about half a dozen times and each time his ideology changes with it. Today Planned Parenthood needs to go, a few years ago he was donating money to them. He says whatever he needs to benefit him at the moment but has no core values.

Smith's philosophy has been greatly whitewashed to cover for the big errors he and his ilk committed. However, his flawed philosophy greatly complies with Modern conservative thought, esp when considering regulation of today's food supply.
