Man spent hours messing with my main jet since I’m at 2k above sea level and it kept bogging, tried going bigger on main jet and it got a little better but I’ll try this tomorrow.
3/4 bogging issue on a 125cc pit bike turned the screw out 1 & 3/4 and still have this issue where it sputters in 3rd and 4th gear 3/4 throttle any ideas ????
Definitely need to change main jet or adjust needle height and it should be better, 0-1/4 turn throttle is always the pilot jet and after that it's mainly the main jet
Sound like an Aussie, I'm a Tasmanian myself and I'm having jet pilot issues on my 150, tried adjusting fuel screw fuel pin with no luck, either too rich or way too lean so sourcing some extra info I got told I needa make the pilot screw smaller... Can't find any info online with what size pilot screw I need to run these Chinese bikes in tas....... Any ideas mate?
i just got a brand-new pit bike i put a high performance CDI on and the same carby u have it runs perfect while dieling and reving but as soon as u take off and get into 2nd gear it bogges hard i have no idea how to fix it im hopeing this works
Try replacing pilot screw with a smaller one, many of these bikes come from china where the altitude is much higher and richer in oxygen, down here in Aus a pilot screw replacement is necessary, however this guy's also right 😉
I could listen to you narrate vids all day ...mate
This was the one and only video I really needed to see. Thank you
your welcome!
Cheers Bruce.
