Yours is a kit put out by one of the QRP clubs probably around 20 years ago. I have one on my desk. Notice that the paddles are on the outside of the arms, the Vibroples are on the inside. I can't remember which group put it out but I think I have the assembly manual somewhere. I think Vibroplex probably bought the design and decided the spacing was too wide.
