    I AM BACK!!!
    Sharing with you my Stewed Lamb recipe.
    DID YOU KNOW:
    Lamb, hogget and mutton are the meat of domestic sheep at different ages. A sheep in its first year is called a lamb, and its meat is also called lamb. The meat of a juvenile sheep older than one year is hogget whilst the meat of an adult sheep is called mutton.

    Personally, i'd never remove the marrow, it has a tonne of flavour.

      Bone marrow is also very nutritious.

    Hi, how long did you cook the lamb for it to be tender?

    • @LynsCaribbeanKitchen
      @LynsCaribbeanKitchen  5 років тому +3

      Hi, I basically cooked it until it was tender, in this case it took me about 45-50 mins. It depends on the age of the lamb as well. Hope this helps. Thank you for viewing!

      Search Caribbean green seasoning. It's a mix of fresh herbs blended.
