Challenge idea: You can only use the better versions of any factories, conveyors and pipes(the phase ones but since there are no other junctions and routes you can use them), power generators, weapons(Spectre, Forshadow, and Meltdown), units(tiers 4 and 5), and drills. You cannot use any that are weaker than the higher versions, such as using rtg generators and cyclones. Along with this challenge, you cannot use imports, but you can brng resources along with you. Note: Thermal is also not allowed
Since your last 2 mindustry videos I have been on waves 380-480 and only yesterday I saw they removed it as well… I am so frustrated but it’s still a nice achievement, even if we don’t get a trophy for it firefly.

The only exceptions: any action by the unit you are controlling, your core and the resources it stores from launch, unloaders, T1 unit factories, and your building of choice for power generation. some hints: use high-health buildings as walls, batteries or empty power generators to transfer power, routers to transport items, plastanium conveyer forks as routers, start fires / blow up buildings / crash units for damage, ect. You can't use turrets, you can't mine resources (except with your player), you can't produce compound materials, and you can't import more after landing. So be sure you launch with enough resources! 😊 Try to get as creative as possible (iTs tHE sPiriT of ThE cHalleNG). I know some past challenges incorporate individual parts of this (like the no conveyors challenge), so consider all that as training for this challenge. Good luck!

Strategy for beating 500waves: Go to sector 68. There is only one core with thorium walls (not surgewalls) . Now if I remember correctly, the only guardian is a vela, but I'm not sure. But overall the waves are pretty easy. Now for the real strategy: try to build a big wall, with up to 3 large walls of any kind. For the turrets I recommend using a specter, meltdown and foreshadow. Also use T5 units and basically what you did on your previous attempt like using faze menders. And one thing that I almost forgot to say is that the core is located on a narrow passage, which may or may not help you.
Please continue trying for wave 500, I wish to see you succeed. Try using meltdowns, they have infinite pierce, and do a lot of damage. Though forshadow spam will get you far
An idea for wave 500 whould be a diverse defence with all sorts of mid- to end-game turrets. Cyclones, Spectres, Meltdowns, Foreshadows, even Fuses for short range, etc. Everything and A LOT of it. As much as you can physically fit into your defence line. Another thing that i rarely see you do it to create choke points that the enemy has to walk through that are just shooting alleys. (similar to the hard sector from this video but from both sides.) Also try to make these alleys expandable if it needs to be.
okay this challenge might be crazy but it would be cool capture a medium/hard sector BUT your core unit can’t die once your core unit died you have to abandon the sector (and no you can’t use healing turrets)

Challenge Idea: Get 1 mil Power/Second on a sector 1) Don't be lame and spam only one kind of power gen (RTGs I'm looking at you) 2) Also get 100 mil in saved power - This one is debatable because I don't know if 100 mil is possible with limited space 3) Only use Power Based Weapons when defending the sector (or attacking if you are doing that) 4) Try to build more support air units (Polys, Megas, Quads, Octs) to help you build 5) Don't Overdrive/Overdome any reactors - This is to prevent you from just building like 10 impact reactors and then Overdoming then to get 1 mil power
capture any sector with the condition that you cannot repair broken buildings, well, like you had a block, the walls broke it and now you cannot put that block back
Beat any eradication sector with these 2 mods: -Enchanced units (basically makes them a bit stronger t1-t3 and t4 and t5 get heavily buffed and t5 units get a small shield when shooting) -enchanced turrets(changes some turrets like range, the ammo they use, fire rate and changes the way they shoot) If you do this challenge, you can delete the mods after

inverted sorter set as nothing is basically a faster junction but it can only go through 2 conveyors

if you want to reach high wave counts, you will desperatwly need t5 units in you def, optimally max amount of every single one
