👍If I was that inspector, I'd be more concerned about the gray polybuteline suppy lines on the first vanity... Minor corrosion is not an issue and can be cleaned off somewhat.
Johnny pissed off- up here in NJ, insurance companies on renewal of policies are using drones to fly over your house to see the condition of your roof and make you replace it to get coverage.

When the existing valves are BrassCraft I simply replace the valve stem and handle. BrassCraft part Numbers BCSR01 and R15-10T. To be thorough, one must confirm that all the pieces of the degraded washer are removed from the valve body.
The issue is the valves need nothing,the insurance inspector based his assessment on the visual condition of the exterior valve body,I also just replace the stem ,bonnet nut and handle,unfortunately, they want to see a whole new valve. Total bullsit!! Thanks brother for watching and sharing 🙏

A lot of complaining about insurance companies but they must give you a lot of easy jobs, you can always not do the job if it bothers you so much. I think watch every video but complaining this much about one of the easiest jobs is a little babyish. Imagine you had to burn them off and solder new ones on you might go postal 😂. What would I do ? I don't eat out. I bring my lunch with me in my cooler in The truck with me. I save loads of money that way. Basic Cooking is fine with me. I Laugh at people that go out to eat and order spaghetti . Crazy . I can Boil water and have it with bread and its so cheap. people are in debt but waste money eating out . 🙃 There are lots of ways to save money by being Frugal
