You know you're immersed when you start tilting your head to try and get a better angle to see down the pipes and then remembering that you're watching a video and that's not how it works
Wow I’m impressed with how well maintained those 120 year old pipes are. That house was well loved before it was abandoned. I’d love to Ben’s renovation/restoration work when he’s done.
Happy birthday Vandel !!! 🎂🎉🍻🎁 It's a good way to celebrate your birthday by doing something you love to do. Officially old and decrapped you say , that's funny Vandel ! 🤣🤣🤣 You're still young and full of life. You just have to learn how to live it ! Life is only what you make it.
That was a wonderfully interesting video today!!! Thanks for sharing! Very thorough job as always Ollie and I hope Ben’s renovation goes well for him! Beautiful old house, too!!
Great job on this old house. Got things flowing. Amazing that the pipes are in that good of condition after more than 100 years! Good craftsmanship! All Good 👍!
What a beautiful historic house. Built by craftsman by the looks of that 120 year old main pipe. Real pride back then for quality. Will be amazing once restoration is complete. Great content Ollie!!
Great job Ollie, love the tiles in the bathroom, i bet it looked amazing when first done. If Ben did his house up and show videos on youtube, he could make some decent money to help with renovation. Just a thought.......😊
Step bits are your friend in those cases like enlarging holes. I carry 3 sizes of them at all times. That was a tough one to sort, but the right man was there to make it happen. Impressive work yet again Ollie.
Great old tiling. I hope the owner intends to preserve it. The drains could be the end of it though. You have taught us that age, ground movement, roots, renovations, are all the enemies of sewers.
interesting video again, for me (I'm Dutch) it's incomprehensible that a house so beautiful and with so many historical details is so neglected, nice that Ben is going to do something about it good luck Ben ❤️
Must have been owned by somebody who died and then just been left vacant. That's only a small house but would be worth well over AUD 1 Million even on that condition.
Once again another complex drain layout and mishmash solved by the Drain Detective Ollie. I’m glad you are getting a good reputation for solving drain issues of all types. Between your channel and Penetrator’s I have yet to see two similar pipe layouts. It’s like every building does their own thing. Makes what you do challenging.
For piping over 100 years old people back in the day. Took pride in their work. Not like today where they don't care glue it. Get rid of it. That was quite the pipe. Good stuff. 👍👍🙂🇨🇦
Ollie, it's amazing how a job that starts out so simple can get so complicated. You really have to be part detective to sort everything out. Great content man!
He could invest in decent tools and just get the job done instead of playing games. From the time I shut my engine off I would have been pulling out in less than an hour.
That house will be stunning! The deep tub caught my eye the first thing. I wish I was close enough to repair the bath tile for him. I love work like that. thanks for sharing!
What a beautiful old house! I think my grandfather bought an old 1890s home and upgraded it. My great grandmother lived in an 1880s era Victorian. And when I was a teen, the old lady who lived in the house my great great great great grandfather built in the 1840s (1820s?) would allow us to visit. At that same time, my great great great great great grandfather's log cabin from the 1790s was still standing, but a very poor family still lived there and didn't want visitors. These old houses have a rich history all their own - but often have lots of maintenance problems and have layouts that are not practical for today's needs... (the 1840s house has small bedrooms and huge hallways and stairwells in an attempt to get convection patterns to draw in fresh air in the hot humid summers... not a problem with HVAC or even just an electric fan.)
Ollie you're the man 💪 what a great job you've done, that house is about the same age as the one I have old clay pipes but we are having problems with the rain downpipes draining away thinking 🤔 of renewing part of it into one of our field drains, been really handy watching all your videos thank you 😊 💪👍
Hello, It is my first time watching your videos. A car rebuilding youtuber named Randy from Auto Auction Rebuilds from Oklahoma City USA recommended that I should watch your videos. He also watches your videos and enjoys your content.
Ollie Danks for this Interesting Sunday night Video, from the to Repair a old House, how almost all the Drains in a very good state condition! In the one Drain some Roots. All Good 👍 Greeting from Austria 🇦🇹
😀👍🙏 Ollie I try a wire with a hook on the end I bet you would hook it with that too if the vacuum don't work in the long needle nose then work thank you.
You know you're immersed when you start tilting your head to try and get a better angle to see down the pipes and then remembering that you're watching a video and that's not how it works
Lol👍
I do that at times too. Lol
Haha! I do that too!
Glad I'm not the only sad case !
Funny it’s the first time I did that and I’ve watched a ton of these videos 😂
Coughing a bit Oliver.... make sure you are ok 👍.... love your videos 📹
Ollie you are the only one on UA-cam that can make crap go down a pipe. Fun and enjoying. So with that said lets get dirty.
,Drain Addict, the best Poo Tube 💩 channel on UA-cam
I love how Ollie gets phone calls at the most inconvenient times. That house looks really old and historic Ollie. All good 👍
Wow I’m impressed with how well maintained those 120 year old pipes are. That house was well loved before it was abandoned. I’d love to Ben’s renovation/restoration work when he’s done.
Through jungles, deep cellars, crawl spaces, and many other places, Ollie always gets the job done ! Thanks again Ollie !!😀
I love how Ollie is a "mights well laugh about it" type of guy. We should all aspire to be like that.
Love another Sunday visit with the Drain Addict!
These are some funky looking tiles on the wall😎
Another two-for job! DA does such great work. Best channel on UA-cam! Cheers.

From what we have seen, that is an amazing house.
Great job on sorting the plumbing.

120 years, it's time for a replacement, it's stupid to not replace pipes with root coming in when you're doing a whole overhauling
Most enjoyable video Ollie. Looking forward to watching next one.
Another well maintained aussie garden !
Closed captions! Great!
Please, more videos w/CC.
Great job Ollie, love the tiles in the bathroom, i bet it looked amazing when first done.
If Ben did his house up and show videos on youtube, he could make some decent money to help with renovation. Just a thought.......😊
Oiii, a nice long episode on a slow Sunday! Perfect. Cheers!
Step bits are your friend in those cases like enlarging holes. I carry 3 sizes of them at all times. That was a tough one to sort, but the right man was there to make it happen. Impressive work yet again Ollie.
A great reconstruction of the system. Your amazing, Ollie! All good! All gooood! See you on the next. Cheers Ollie! 🇦🇺🙂👍🇺🇸
This is an everything in the truck job. And the job might be worth more than the house.
Great old tiling. I hope the owner intends to preserve it. The drains could be the end of it though. You have taught us that age, ground movement, roots, renovations, are all the enemies of sewers.
Agreed - that whole bathroom needs to be stripped out and started again. The plumbing is a nightmare.
This one is going in my favorites to rewatch. Very interesting seeing the 100 year old facilities and plumbing 👌👍
Caught a new one while i was binging already lol. Good to see ya Ollie!
Fascinating old Sydney terrace house . Never a shortage of remedial maintenance on those.🙂
They knew how to build things that last 100 yrs ago. Good work Ollie👏
interesting video again, for me (I'm Dutch) it's incomprehensible that a house so beautiful and with so many historical details is so neglected, nice that Ben is going to do something about it good luck Ben ❤️

@@johncoops6897 I thought so too 👍🏻
We live in a old house a bit older than that one too and our clay pipes are in good nick too. Good workmanship
Loving your work Ollie.
I work in water utilities, clean water and waste water treatment, I do this for a living too, and come home and watch your videos, to unwind, lmao.

Amazing 🧤🔦😊
Great job ❣️I'm sure the house will be beautiful when it's done and you were a big part of it .

Thank you for turning on automatic translation. Great!!! 💪
awww yes not even 360p will stop me from watching Ollie!
I love Sundays with you, Ollie!
It’s amazing how he never gets anything stolen from the back of his van. In England that would of been stripped within minutes
U.s. too I’m very sad to say.
For piping over 100 years old people back in the day. Took pride in their work. Not like today where they don't care glue it. Get rid of it. That was quite the pipe. Good stuff. 👍👍🙂🇨🇦
Lots of fun the challenges on this old house. Excellent work Ollie.
1901, old timers holding up quite well indeed , Ben was a great helper! All Good 👍
Was worried for your safety when you were coughing and then were splashed with the Caustic Soda. Nasty stuff.
Take care Master Plumber.
Ollie, it's amazing how a job that starts out so simple can get so complicated. You really have to be part detective to sort everything out. Great content man!
Yes you are 💯 correct. And those that have that skill are the ones you call when you need it handled!
He could invest in decent tools and just get the job done instead of playing games. From the time I shut my engine off I would have been pulling out in less than an hour.
Must admit my comment was a bit hasty, the jetting did a far better job than I expected. Always thought blades were far more effective. Impressed.
looking at a master at work on my sunday evening Thanks Ollie!!
🇩🇰😄Yay a new video 😊 I allways enjoy your videos ❤ I hope who ever sees this is having a good day 🐀🐁🌽👍🏻
That drain was in such amazing shape, love the long videos
I love the sticker on your machine that you showed at the end of this video 👍🏻
I still miss Ratty
So do I....☹
So do I. I haven't watched in a Long time. I just started watching again I was wondering where is Ratty.
It was abit time consuming, but Sir Drain Addict has done it again All Gooooooood indeed ........
Roots and corn tremble. Drain pipes rejoice when they see Ollie pull up with his jetter and camera.
👍 like the longer format video. Thanks, enjoy the day.
That house will be stunning! The deep tub caught my eye the first thing. I wish I was close enough to repair the bath tile for him. I love work like that. thanks for sharing!
I was honestly expecting you to flub and say "Blocked Ben" when you introduced the owner.
Amazing plumbing 101. What a job aye! Crikey!!
Although we didn't see the rest of the house I love it and would love to be a part of it's renovations whatever it took!!! Another great job Ollie!!!
Great job Ollie, ALL GOOD 👍👍👍
Can always count on Ollie for a Sunday afternoon mini movie 🎥

Ollie is the Best unblocker! Never fails it, and always unblocks blocked drains!

Lovely looking old building. Days of old did a classy job, although I suspect it cost a bit of coin!
😀👍🙏 Ollie I try a wire with a hook on the end I bet you would hook it with that too if the vacuum don't work in the long needle nose then work thank you.
Heck of a job Ollie ✌🏻😎
Wfat a lovely old house, plenty of original features! Will make a superb renovation place.
Sure could use some drain gang and mouse man adventure vids
I quite like the old bath and tiles.
Never thought I'd see Ollie clearing the drains in the 'Saw' bathroom
Your client aka your assistant Ben did a good job. I wondee if he is looking for a part time gig. 😄😄😄
That looks like a fixer upper! Great job as usual!
