How I Make Burger Bun | Cook for Fun

Burger bun is not just for a burger, and you can use it to make sandwich as well. Making burger bun with mixer decrease a lot of effort, but I like to blend some ingredients with spatula first. This process can reduce some time on mixing with mixer if you ask me. Fermentation is really important on making bread. Follow the instruction on the package of yeast you have and rest dough to the double size of it.
Store the rest bun in the freezer. I recommend to use microwave for 15 seconds and cover with lid after defrost when you take it out. it taste soft and better than just defrost one.

Sugar 30 g
Salt 5 g
Warm water 200 ml
Warm milk 50 ml
Dry yeast 9 g
Unsalted butter 40 g
Egg wash
