I think I've picked up a cold in the process too 😬 see you again next week! ☕️instagram.com/coffeehousecrime
Hang in there and focus on your family and yourself. You put your heart and soul into making these videos and deserve to rest when you need it. Hope everything goes ok and you feel better!
WHAT ....you have a life other then UA-cam...lol joking man hope all is good and thanks for so much great content in between you and that chapter....I'm listening 12-16 hours a day listening and watching amazing and interesting storys
My first thought on this case when it first came out was how Aiden probably never heard the word no. His mother tried to cover up for him. I understand a mother's love but how did she think it would help anyone.
He's demonstrably a sociopath... Boundaries and discipline will only go so far... Mitigation is understandably attractive... Not necessarily right though.
Absolutely, violent misogyny comes from an environment of male enabling. Granted, he probably was a sick little bastard to begin with, but his parents enabled it instead of contesting it is vile. They're both very clearly quite manipulative to attempt this thing too, and both way overestimated their own intelligence in their attempts at concealment. Sufficed to say, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree
That footage of Fucci’s unconvincing act on the phone made me cringe harder than I can recall in recent memory. He should take a plea deal just to avoid the embarrassment of having a jury watch his performance.
I can't remember ever rolling my eyes so hard and so much at that "performance". It would have been hysterical if the circumstances weren't so tragic...
@@lasagna517 I thought of the exact same thing! They both seem to have the same amount of acting talent. I sometimes wish their bullshit worked so they can see what life is actually like once someone is labelled “criminally insane”. As JCS said, it isn’t the “get out of jail free” card these morons think it is.
This is a horrifying case, 114 stab wounds, i can't imagine all the pain she went through. This Aiden boy is a real monster. Rest in Peace Tristyn Bailey what a beautiful life cut short..
Can’t believe they thought he was smart enough to choose a story. I wouldve been like, you’re too fucking dumb to choose a story so I’ll choose it for you.
It's horrifying how his mom tries so hard to blame it on others, when her son is known for talking about murder, joking on it, pranking his girlfriend with a knife, etc. Motherly love should never go so far you're trying to cover his own crime. I hope he get medical help and stays there.
@@Unbreakable245 While I do believe Aiden has at least some level of mental illness I believe that he consciously made that decision on his own regardless of whatever conditions he has I'm not a psychologist or anything just what I believe to likely be the case
That's what I'm saying. When I saw her covering for him I couldnt believe it. If my own child did some shit like this I'd bring em up to the station my damn self.
I remember when this happened. For a while, Aiden and his little friends were posting about the case and joking about it. A friend of mine posted their accounts so we could mass report them and I distinctly remember seeing instagram stories laughing at poor Tristyn. They were calling her horrible names. I’ve never been more disgusted. Made me sick to my stomach. RIP Tristyn. You were a beautiful soul. You deserved the world ❤️
I've taken to asking people who say, "oh I'm so OCD" or "my OCD is kicking in" about their diagnosis and what type they have. If they say they don't really have it, I educate them on how much it really belittles people who have debilitating OCD and how difficult it makes it for people to get treated seriously. If they have it, and are willing to share, I usually end up learning something (and making a friend). I think bipolar is really similar in how casually it's overused.
especially when so many killers are identified as bipolar. it makes it sound like a condition that promotes bad criminal behaviour when they are barely linked. almost all serial killer videos I watched its like 'he was a psychopath, a serial killer and bipolar'
@@bygonestales2171 I will say, exactly because of that I'm generally afraid to share with anyone about BP simply out of fear I'll be viewed like that, or even just crazy in general
@@bygonestales2171 I watch a lot of true crime and can't remember any killer let alone serial killer being described as bipolar. As a psychopath, sociopath, even occasionally as schizophrenic but not bipolar.
Not true. Theres a kid that posted lots of youtube videos of a steady mental decline. One day he started talking about how he was a werewolf. A few days later he attacked a couple in their home and ate pieces of them
@@marilynschmidt6400 Yes it's a very disturbing case I believe coffehouse crime has covered it. He had deeply concerning mental illnesses that were emerging over the course of months and when he did the attack he apparently was semi-conscious and can't remember doing most of it. It's an incredibly sad case for everyone involved.
It’s usually cruel what the families of killers are forced to go through when the community turns on them, but in this case they pretty much helped justify that ostracization.
Given how young Aiden was at the time and in that mindset already, the family is held in equal accountability for his actions. All members of the family who supported and helped him should get time away from rest of the public.
Psycho , unfeeling mother out to protect her psycho unfeeling offspring who just slaughtered someone's innocent child instead of doing the right thing. The apple did not fall far...
One of the most bone-chilling aspects of this case is that during the police interview, when his parents informed him of Tristyn's death--even though he was the _LAST_ person to see her alive--he turned to them and said, "How is that my problem?" If that isn't haunting enough, while in the back of the police cruiser after his arrest, he sent a Snapchat photo holding up a peace sign with the caption "Hey guys has anybody seen Tristyn lately?" If those two quotes alone aren't enough to make your skin crawl then I don't know _what_ will :/
Yes! Can we wrap our heads around what that must be like! Feeling NOTHING! Also knowing in some dim sense that you are NOT normal but not understanding what is wrong with you!
Imo, HE came onto her and Tristan rejected him . As others have already speculated this boy has probably never been told the word NO before in his life, and was enraged . Sadly, he proved how dangerous he is .. there are no demons in his head .. he is the demon himself .
@@mol588 I think more than likely you’re right. Judging by his movements after the murder, I think she rejected him and for whatever reason his reaction was to start stabbing her. I’m not sure if it was premeditated or not, but I think rejection was the unfortunate start of this.
Many people grow up in warring countries, warring homes and bad parents and never consider doing this. We all make choices. He parents certainly didn't help but his actions are his own.
I remember when all the commentary channels talked about this.. it was a horrible thing. I can't even imagine the pain her parents felt. I'm so sorry to the Bailey family, and I hope they can recover from this terrible thing.
I cringed sooooooo hard when Aiden was pretending to talk to demons. People faking insanity is just the most cringe, ridiculous thing in cases like these. It's always so obvious. I really hope his mom ends up in prison too, they always should when trying to cover up a crime, even if it's for their kids.
To give an update: He changed his plea to guilty during jury selection in February of this year, 2023. The judge gave him a sentence of 40 years to life. Not sure if he has the possibility of parole or not.
The mother tried to cover it up, he came home that night and she saw his bloody jeans and washed them for him and didn’t call the police. Unfortunately this is my hometown and when it happened it shocked the whole community. I watch your videos weekly and normally have no input other than it being a good video, but this case is different as it hits home for me. There was a big uproar on wether or not the boy should be charged as an adult and after much deliberation they decided he should (and I agree).
I agree as well. When you reach a point where, at 14, you *WANT* to kill people, you want to go to jail, you kill someone on purpose (no rage or incident), try to fully cover it up and show absolutely no remorse as if killing someone was not a huge issue and people are taking things way out of proportion... Then yeah, you don't deserve a second chance because you're a minor and should rot in jail.
@@Unbreakable245 that's just crazy. So..IF anyone under the age of 15 commits murder or rape or any serious crime..they should NOT be charged? Not at all? Being charged is not the same thing as being sentenced to going to an adult prison. U know that right? I'm definitely NOT saying I agree with kids that young going to ADULT prisons but I DO agree with them being charged with their crimes and paying consequences for those crimes. Prison is not always the right answer for some adults as well tho. That's why some go to mental health institutions instead. And I am a mother btw. Do YOU have kids? Or are u also under the age of 18?
I hear ya! N my daughter now lives all the way across the country 😖😳 i think about this kinda thing every single day!! Without fail!😖💔smh that fear just doesn't seem to go away- no matter how old they are (She's pushing 30y.o.)
To find out your child was missing and then murdered on Mother’s Day, or any day for that matter, is just absolutely horrible. This kid has no remorse for what he has done and deserves to be treated with upmost disrespect in prison.
That boy had some horrible parents. I get that a parent might want to protect their child but IMO, you're a POS if you become a willing participant in the crime or cover-up of a crime your child committed.
Speaking as a mom here, you are correct. I may be the most chill mom out there but there is no way in hell I would cover any of my kids asses for murdering an innocent person.
I always hate when, in fiction or in real life, people help their love ones to escape the consequences of their own actions. Like, if you love someone, you should hold them accountable for what they do, even the worst things. No friendship, love, sense of family or whatever should be stronger than the sense of justice and the compassion for the victim. And if a loved one guilts you because you aren't supportive enough, well, they are the bad one, not you.
Protecting a child (even an adult one) is one thing but helping them escape justice for something like this isn't protecting them. That's enabling at best and criminal to boot. Helping a child to face consequences when young when any things they did wrong are likely minor does a bigger favour in terms of teaching them the proper way of behaving and is helpful in later life.
I don’t know how you’d be able to look at your child the same after something like that. I don’t think I’d be able to help them cover things up because I’d be so disturbed by the actions of my child that I probably couldn’t pretend like nothing happened…
Id protect my child over ANYONE ;) ohh and noone is offended by your lil nobody opinion lil one ;) hello from a proud "pos" hehehe. If my child decided to do that trust me id handle them myself not let some swines do it
Why people seem to think, 'i much rather spent the rest of my life locked up in a mental hospital, then in a prison', is beyond me. Even when one thinks, everybody is already crazy, people in a mental hospital are far more crazy, then anyone you come across on a datly basis and at 15 you never ever seen someone really crazy yet ! i mean straitjackets have not been invented for nothing and in prison one can atleast trust people to be 'bad', in a mental hospital one can't trust anybody period. 🤔✌
Yeah but I’m sure some sort of demon had to convince him to kill Tristyn. No one stabs someone 114 times in their right mind. It’s disgusting and inhumane what he did :(
@@cryptocryp103rd There is no such thing. That was just his excuse to talk about his sicko fantasies. Stop trying to take the responsibility away from from him. This is all on him.
I can’t imagine cleaning blood of my sons clothes, knowing he killed a girl for no damn reason, and think “I’ve got to help keep him ON the streets!” I’d be scared for my and others lives, I wouldn’t want him to free to do it again!
My mom absolutely adores me and my siblings, but even she said that if any of us were to commit a heinous crime like this she wouldn’t protect us or have our back
I think my family would cover up because as I grew older I found out about murderers in my family. When I found out I never looked at those people the same way and I am disgusted in how my family dealt with it. I knew how police bribery worked by 9yo and I thought it was normal because it was one of the "fun" stories told when family gathered
Your mom, my mom ... man she would have walked away and said let the courts handle it. She caught me in a white lie once and absolutely made me feel less than an inch high. "I don't know if I can trust you again. You lied to me." I was so damn sorry, because I realized what I had done wrong. For my mom honesty was the only way. And from that it drove the lesson home. I never lied to her again.
her family brought 130 gem hearts to the court, indicating every stab she recived.... rest in peace Tristyn, many misses you, and we only wish the best for your family
I’ve been a coffeehouse crime fan for a little while, and I am in the area near where Trystyn died. Sadly, I remember when she first died a lot of rumors sprung up about her. People were even bragging about how they knew people who were friends with Aiden!! Glad you covered this topic, for some reason whenever murder cases are from near home it feels more immersive and you did an amazing job covering this, as always.
I cannot stand when he pretends he’s “crazy”.. beyond ignorant and it shows.. I feel so bad for this girl. She reminds me of my childhood bestfriend and I.. we did competitive cheerleading and would ALWAYS sneak out to meet up with friends as well as guys we knew from school or surrounding schools. He is completely fully responsible despite what’s going on in his screwed up little head. I hope she’s resting peacefully and her family will eventually learn to live with such a nightmare :( she was so beautiful and seemed so talented and motivated with cheer. She had so much going for her and that loser has nothing working in his favour. Hope he gets what he deserves.

If this story doesn’t SCREAM “see/hear something, say something”, I can’t imagine what would. This little psycho demon seed told anyone who would listen about his desires to brutally murder someone, and everyone just kinda shrugged it off. And while it’s no one’s fault but aidan’s that Tristyn was brutally murdered, I hope this encourages others to speak out if/when they see concerning behaviors.
One of the issues, is that often authorities can't really take action UNTIL the person in question commits an actual crime, which is obviously too late.
to be honest, I have seen concerning behaviours/people talking about murder etc. quite a few times since I grew up as an edgy goth kid among other edgy goth kids. I never thought anyone would mean it. Out of all of my acquaintances, maybe a few people were guilty of self harm, but nothing more - that´s why it´s so hard to predict: most of the time, it´s not really serious.
Very true, the tragic thing too is that the late girl Tristyn may have heard Aidan speak about all those evil desires of his but still kept staying around him or probably a romantic relationship with him and it turns out that he fulfilled the evil desires on her because she didnt speak out as well or kept her distance. To all teenage rebellious girls, you dont deserve to die like this. Dating a bad boy does not make you cool or bring any form of excitement or whatever it is that teenagers seek these days.
Many people do speak out. The problem is that the authorities are pretty much unable (or unwilling) to do anything until those desires are acted upon. My ex-boyfriend was an extremely dangerous, violent, controlling person who honestly reminds me A LOT of Aiden Fucci but the twisted + violent things he's said to myself and other women before me were reported. Yet they were not considered proof enough that he was a dangerous person until he acted on some of them. And even then, he's still a free man today so...
The mother should 100% have her own court case for what she did. She obviously was trying to help her son get away with murder. 100% criminal, where i live.
I remember seeing a lot of updates about this as it was happening. Unlike everything else I've seen, you covered this extremely well, shedding light on poor Trystan's life before it was so cruelly ended by that monster. Thank you for doing this for the victims in your videos and using their names in your videos, dedicating them to them as opposed to their murderers. 💜
Yeah I followed this story when it broke, the home cctv video of the mother washing blood off his jeans +his unhinged stone cold demeanour during the interview saying "Why is it my problem " when she told him about her body being found showed how she's just as much responsible for his crime as he was. I bet he's never disciplined in his life. The messy clutter all around the house highlights how dysfunctional that household was.
Just because a house is a mess with clutter doesnt mean its dysfunctional. I have 3 kids under 6. my house gets messy as all hell. sometimes you just dont want to bother picking up your kid's mess 20 times a day. usually we reserve that honor for the weekend. House stays clean for a few days at most, then boom a clutterfilled nightmare.
@@Jabo2531 exactly! I have 5 kids and with both parents working you do what you can! As long as there's not rotting food and garbage all over a house, I say people are fine if they have clutter. My grandma used to tell me I could either use my free time to spend with my kids, or i can use it to clean. She told me to chose which to neglect. Guess which I chose? :)
@@Elegant_Sausage right I would love to have a clean house and I will once you know the kiddos are older. but yeah little kids and a clean house dont mix.
This case happened near where I live, which is two counties south. I saw many people on social media defending Aiden and saying Tristyn got what she deserved which was atrocious. I’m glad to see you cover this case ❤️
That’s fucked, that’s some next level victim blaming, like no one deserves to die especially a young person who hadn’t even been able to graduate high-school or do any other life accomplishments.
WTF ! anyone saying such comments like she deserved it deserve to be stabbed 114 times You’ve got to be some warped evil cretin for saying shit like that. May they all drown in their own misery
Watching/listening to so many true crime stories… I’ll always be shocked at how easily someone can take another life… how some can feel NOTHING and just harm another person for so little. It’s just… sad.
Humans and animals. Like... there's a living being in front of it screaming and crying because you're hurting it. How can you listen to those and just ignore it ? Not care and continue hurting them ? But those people usually enjoy those screams, it's like the cables were plugged backwards.
Aidan’s mother failed her son with her skewed idea of what parenting entails. The little twit she raised is her sad legacy. Trystan deserved her life. 💙
The way his parents spoke to him in the detention room makes it sound like they have killed before, how did they give him tips on how to get away with it, what clothes do I need to wash, make up a story and stick to it etc. only some one who has committed the same crime can give that advice
This case is so tragic, I feel horribly for Tristyn and her family. Aiden is such a gross, cringy edgelord. That snapchat video showed how much of a cringy douche he is. I hope he gets what he deserves.
I live only an hour from St. John’s (not Jacksonville) and it was horrific. Her poor mother will never be able to have another complete Mother’s Day again.
😭 This is why I know he's guilty.. Bc as soon as his mother joined him in the interrogation room her motherly instincts weren't, "How could they think you did this?" Or " It's ok son we know you didn't do anything wrong".. Instead she instantly helped coach his story 😠 bc she knew her kid was capable of killing people. 😠 Great parenting job there mom! You sure did raise a real winner! NOT!! 😠
... especially if you're a bad actor" His acting was so bad the cringe physically hurt me. I'm so glad you pointed it out. Love to Tristyn and the family 💗💗💗
I really appreciate how much detail you put in these stories. I watch several other true crime channels but so far none of them give as many details or tell these stories like you do. I'm so glad I found your channel!
I think about this all the time because it wasn’t just quiet while he did this. She was obviously begging him to stop and kept doing it…she had 49 defensive wounds which means she survived through 49 stab wounds..no 13 year old should have to experience such a horrible thing especially since she trusted him enough to walk with him:/
Although I have been watching since this story happened, it's really helpful to understand it better when compiled like this. Thank you for giving this sweet girl, though in a rebellious streak or not, the dignity she deserves. Everyone has been a teenager, but it takes a sick mind to be an Aiden.
I live in Jacksonville and I remember getting the alert of my phone when she went missing. There was also a lot of people in town once it came out that she was killed who where praising her killer and trying to just be shocking in general for whatever reason just trying to clout chase a literal murderer it was sickening JSO had to put out statements about it got to the point where Instagram had to step in and start removing people.
My co worker was on the same cheer team as her (she was in a group that ranged from teenager to people in their 20s). I remember her coming into work one day and bawling her eyes out. That’s when I realized they had found the body. :(
Really love that you give facts about the countries and areas where these unfortunate situations take place. And adding the correct videos and photos of these places too. It's one of my favourite things in documentaries is watching the filming of the cities and people and cars and house, fascinates me. Just sending some appreciation haha, big fan of yours and crime docs in general 👍
Okay so as someone who has heard voices before due to being on the wrong medication, that is NOT how one acts. I was so scared. Constantly looking around, it sounded like a radio was constantly on in another room. You don't wait to freak out until you're on camera, it's a constant battle. He wouldn't be fit to be put on the phone if he was dealing with "demons".
Exactly. During my first MS lesion, I heard what sounded like music coming from an old timey radio in another room. Despite having the most nonchalant presentation of MS with auditory paradolia (it didn’t even technically count as hallucinations), the fact that I was hearing anything at all scared me so much that I shut down. I had to sleep with the TV on. I was looking around everywhere. This kid is garbage for faking it. Absolutely horrendous
Oh man…. I know the “radio constantly on “ sound . & if people are in the other room I’m sure there talking about me . Well hope you get On the right meds ! I’m still struggling with the fatigue But gotta keep fighting !
Codeine makes me hallucinate. The last time I had it, I was 12 and I could see the walls turning green with slime and Elvis was dead on the lawn surrounded by pork chops. That was disconcerting for sure. I now avoid codeine and its relations.
This is so sad all around. For a child's life to be taken away in a instant. For the child who talks to himself, sees demons and murders. The way he killed her, showing no emotion at all. I look back when he spoke to his parents, he was totally sane. My one brother use to see and hear demons but he had many mental issues. He also was diagnosed and he didn't kill either. My heart goes out to this family and friends. Prayers being said for them. Thank you for another video. Stay safe and take care.
Thanks for another episode, I'm hitting play as we speak! Out of curiosity, do you ever take case suggestions? I know there's no shortage of material out there, but the case of Lauren McCluskey is one I think your unique style would really do justice.
@@arianaajbeaverhausen8175 It really was. I lived in Salt Lake for years and had several close friends go to University of Utah. I was horrible to hear about all of this happening in my back yard, but being somewhat familiar with the players, also unsurprising. I feel like her story didn't get enough attention.
I totally get that you want to protect your child or cover their ass as a mother/father if they did something stupid. But trying to get rid of the evidence/washing his bloody clothes after your 14 year old son stabbed a girl... "crossing the line" doesn't even come close! I have absolutely no idea how her family/parents should recover from something horrible like that, but i really hope that they somehow can learn to live with what happened to their daughter! Rip Tristyn
My parents are the most loving in the world, I love them and they love me, but the things is if I commit such a horrible murder their reaction would be entirely different they will cry for me, not cover my asss, they will cry bcz they know what I did is irredeemable, they will realise that they raised me wrong and they will cry bcz they know God won't forgive me for killing an innocent person and they will also prolly insist that I get my fair punishment, and honestly I would rather kill myself than kill an innocent person. I won't be able to look at my parents eyes if that happens I won't be thinking much about the prison punishment but I will probably think about the hell I'm going to, for the rest of my life. After my death.
I am a teen, and i go to school in st johns.. hearing about this case was chilling. She didn't go to my school yet im pretty sure some kids at my school did know her
I've been waiting for you to do this video. I live in this neighborhood and 2 houses down from the Baileys. Our peaceful neighborhood has changed and it will never be the same.
Mom knew she was raising a psychopath, there are signs...even in young children, maybe she was in denial even after his "first" kill, she wasn't accepting the reality. Heartbreaking!
It is always disturbing to see kids committing unspeakable acts to innocent people like this. However, I can’t help but to keep feeling disgusted by Aiden’s mother. She literally became an accomplice. Instead of worrying about the dark path her son chose to led, she just wanted him to evade his punishment. Great video, as always.
I live in their neighborhood and we’ve never ever seen anything like this. I knew you’d have to cover this eventually but it’s still very surreal to watch. I’ve got a younger sibling their age even, so her story has been particularly painful. I appreciate your respectful handling. All around the main street there were different teal ribbons and other memorials for Tristyn, some still up now. The worst part is that the area schools did NOTHING in response. Not even a paltry attempt to incorporate some violence prevention efforts to address the attitudes towards women and girls that lead to preventable and senseless tragedies like this.
I'm sorry for your experience, must be terrible... Do you think there's often a general above-the-law attitude for the kids in the area? I've noticed kind of a trend of a lot of middle and upper class kids in certain areas around the western world who feel like they're special and the protagonist somehow, and they end up being real terrible human beings. Was wondering if you share that thought?
Aiden gets the Razzy award for "worst actor in prison"... Even a genuine mental case would not keep asking "what's going on" after a sentence with a statement. And looking around the room like that is also proof of bad acting, especially when you look around so damn quickly in a nonsensical way to pretend whatever is talking to you is moving about the area that erratically. Monster!...he will get a death sentence after all, only in the most gruesome of ways by the inmates who will use him to "wash their clothes and toss their moldy salad" if you get my meaning... Death is a very slow process when forced to suffer for a life time, especially while still a teenager with a long, long life ahead of that twit!
Where to start? He thinks he's a nobody, yet murders another instead. Mom aides and abided. Hates women at such a young age. Parents give bad advice, violent tendencies, lack of empathy. With parents like this, no wonder he turned out like he did. Overb100 stab wounds is overkill. How can a child this young have do much anger and hostility?
Have you not spoken to teens these days? They are hostile, impatient, critical and self absorbed. The attitude in the police car is a perfect example of their mind set. Toss in horrible subhuman parents and it festers into hatred. With violent video games and graphic horror and sexual movies that parents do not sensor. It has fed into many young minds what it would be like to kill. This poor young girl was a perfect victim. And he took advantage. Unfortunately. Its a trend that is not going away. If anything. Its getting worse.
@@tessaducek5601 I agree. As a teenager myself his behavior is the cop car is what a normal teenager acts like now, hell even me at times. Obviously killing the girls makes him a fucking lunatic, but most kids my age definitely would make fun of her going missing for a little bit of attention. There’s no doubt that Aiden did it. And quite frankly, I wonder how his parents are so unaffected by it. His mom probably has covered for him for years, whenever he’s gone ballistic. What puzzles me, is what his dad is like. Why aren’t there any pictures of him? Is he the reason why the son has become that way?
Probably out of the picture. Many who grow up without a father end up following dark paths: not all, of course, but children need their fathers in their lives.
@@mrknarf4438 His father was not out of the picture. That’s a negative and incorrect simplification from a stereotype. Many children grow up just as respectable, responsible citizens who were raised by women. It depends on the individual reasons and how that child was actually raised.

She probably refused his advances and I mean, who wouldn’t? Just take a look at him.🤮 And his fragile f’ed up mind couldn’t handle rejection. I mean, it’s very apparent that his parents will do ANYTHING for him, including helping to try and hide his murderous deeds.
Exactly, he likely had a fixation/obsession with the beautiful cheerleader Trystan who was out of his league, but after much rejection he convinced her to walk into an isolated area with him. A news report said that she thought they were going to smoke marijuana together, but when he tried sexually assaulting her she defended her self fiercely/rejected his advances which made him go into an enraged violent frenzy, and he repeatedly stabbed her to death .He likely told friends he was going to kill someone or they don’t want to say it was Trystan he wanted dead for rejecting him, because the friends don’t want to get in trouble for not reporting him
I think back to all the times I snuck out to see boys (too many to count), and it makes me so sad to know that Tristyn's ended in death. A simple night out ended in her life being taken mercilessly. Rest in Peace Tristyn. ❤️

I live in Jacksonville FL and this case rocked this tight community to it's core. Unfortunately the meaning of mother's day has been changed for most of the community. She was so loved her funeral had to be streamed because so many people wanted to attend. Justice will be served for the beautiful angel this community has lost. 💙🙏💙🙏💙🙏💙
This case is heart breaking. I feel so sorry for her parents and her and her friends. I literally cried when they had the event to remember her. I hope he gets what he deserves
I lived in the community where this happened. I've never been through so many emotions especially because I have 2 daughters. It's a very tight close knit community.
As someone whose been keeping a close eye on this case, I appreciate the information you provided that was not well known to the public. Praying for the Healing of the Bailey family.
This case broke our community and shattered the perception of safety in the area. I never understood why they vilified her for being a teen and exploring but she didn’t deserve that
I'm glad to see you cover this case and thank for for being the only one I've seen do it in a respectful manner. When this case broke, there were so many articles going on a out how this happened because a lower class family moved into an affluent neighborhood where they didn't belong and endangered the upper class kids . Murderers and psychopaths come from all walks of life . I believe this child would have turned out this way regardless of how much money his family has. He clearly has unaddressed mental health issues and an enabling mother. I remember when I first saw that video of him " talking to demons" I was certain it was an act in preparation for an insanity plea. Hopefully he won't get away with that. So sad for this young girl and her family.
This case both sickens and disturbs me at the same time. It is Extremely Heartbreaking to know that the Precious little girl and yes I do mean LITTLE girl as she in my eyes was still a child, but that she had to experience ALL that Horrific Pain and fear before loosing her Very Precious little life. My heart hurts for her Precious family and all I can do is Pray 🙏 for their comfort and Peace at this time. And remember to ALWAYS “Be CAREFUL little feet where you go”!
As someone who lives in Jacksonville, this kind of case hits extremely hard. I remember a friend telling me about this case and it’s heartbreaking to see what the killer did after the murder.
I actually live in this county. Stuff like this never happens here, it’s actually really horrible. I’m best friends with Trysten’s Aunt, and this community is still suffering from his actions.
I’m not sure if the original commenter is telling the truth, but what exactly was she (the friend of the girls aunt, someone who would be pretty removed from the situation) supposed to do to save her?

My first thought on this case when it first came out was how Aiden probably never heard the word no. His mother tried to cover up for him. I understand a mother's love but how did she think it would help anyone.
And his father is no prize either.
Exactly. Kids need to have discipline. Sometimes it sucks but that's just how it is. Some people don't need to have kids.
He's demonstrably a sociopath... Boundaries and discipline will only go so far... Mitigation is understandably attractive... Not necessarily right though.
Mothers love is so often synonymous with enabling
Absolutely, violent misogyny comes from an environment of male enabling. Granted, he probably was a sick little bastard to begin with, but his parents enabled it instead of contesting it is vile. They're both very clearly quite manipulative to attempt this thing too, and both way overestimated their own intelligence in their attempts at concealment. Sufficed to say, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree
That footage of Fucci’s unconvincing act on the phone made me cringe harder than I can recall in recent memory. He should take a plea deal just to avoid the embarrassment of having a jury watch his performance.
That part!!!!
I can't remember ever rolling my eyes so hard and so much at that "performance". It would have been hysterical if the circumstances weren't so tragic...

As someone that lives with bipolar, I really really can't stand when anyone tries to play up psych problems to get away with anything.
No, it's really shitty. Guess they grasp at any straws they can...

It’s usually cruel what the families of killers are forced to go through when the community turns on them, but in this case they pretty much helped justify that ostracization.
Yeah, odd case where the family is just as much of human filth as the killer. The parents should be in prison for their role in this.
Damn straight!
One of the most bone-chilling aspects of this case is that during the police interview, when his parents informed him of Tristyn's death--even though he was the _LAST_ person to see her alive--he turned to them and said, "How is that my problem?"
If that isn't haunting enough, while in the back of the police cruiser after his arrest, he sent a Snapchat photo holding up a peace sign with the caption "Hey guys has anybody seen Tristyn lately?"
If those two quotes alone aren't enough to make your skin crawl then I don't know _what_ will :/

Imo, HE came onto her and Tristan rejected him .

@@mol588 I think more than likely you’re right. Judging by his movements after the murder, I think she rejected him and for whatever reason his reaction was to start stabbing her. I’m not sure if it was premeditated or not, but I think rejection was the unfortunate start of this.

Like... there's a living being in front of it screaming and crying because you're hurting it.
She’ll never have a happy complete day ever in her life.
watching people trying to act like they're insane after doing something that awful is both disturbing and embarrassing.
NOT!! 😠
I hope she keeps that energy If it ever happens to one of her kids.
... especially if you're a bad actor"
His acting was so bad the cringe physically hurt me. I'm so glad you pointed it out.
Love to Tristyn and the family 💗💗💗
I was hoping a cop would go in there while he was pretending to talk to demons...and punch him in the face.
yes, you could spot it a mile away
I really appreciate how much detail you put in these stories. I watch several other true crime channels but so far none of them give as many details or tell these stories like you do. I'm so glad I found your channel!
I wonder how many times Tristyn asked Aiden "Why are you doing this?" She must have been so confused.
I think about this all the time because it wasn’t just quiet while he did this. She was obviously begging him to stop and kept doing it…she had 49 defensive wounds which means she survived through 49 stab wounds..no 13 year old should have to experience such a horrible thing especially since she trusted him enough to walk with him:/
@@dee.xo1563 It's heartbreaking to think about. The fear and horror would be the worst last moments a human could face.
Although I have been watching since this story happened, it's really helpful to understand it better when compiled like this. Thank you for giving this sweet girl, though in a rebellious streak or not, the dignity she deserves. Everyone has been a teenager, but it takes a sick mind to be an Aiden.
Fanastic style and i love your voice tone Thankyou so much from New Zealand your brilliant!!😊
The curse of clout chasing by trying to be as edgy as possible
Highly doubt anyone was clout chasing and praising a child’s murder.
@@WTFidontknow1 Maybe not the murder but her killer. Unfortunately people are still praising and fangirling over people such as Ted Bundy
If it was the ppl in the town she was in that was praising the killer, she really must've been a bad person.
I remember hearing about that. Christina Randall talked about it on her channel
My co worker was on the same cheer team as her (she was in a group that ranged from teenager to people in their 20s). I remember her coming into work one day and bawling her eyes out. That’s when I realized they had found the body. :(
It's fucking creepy 20 yr olds are doing cheer with 13 year olds

I’m so sorry for your friend.
Do the killer's parents live in the same home...or did they get chased out of the neighborhood...for trying to cover up for their evil son?

The voices in his head that told him that he was worthless were 100% accurate...
Thanks for another episode, I'm hitting play as we speak! Out of curiosity, do you ever take case suggestions? I know there's no shortage of material out there, but the case of Lauren McCluskey is one I think your unique style would really do justice.
Lauren's story is absolutely unforgivable to all who allowed that to happen. (Won't give spoilers obviously in case he takes your suggestion) ❤

Man your content is insane. To think that you pump out videos like this twice a week just blows my mind. Keep at it!
Mom knew she was raising a psychopath, there are signs...even in young children, maybe she was in denial even after his "first" kill, she wasn't accepting the reality. Heartbreaking!
Adrian, you're such a solid youtuber! Thank you for all the informative videos on truecrime content! I always look forward to your videos❤
I think in cases like this the father of the victim should be allowed one minute alone with the likes of Fucci.
Men are murdered more than women.
Well said brother well said. He has no idea what’s in store for his little punk ass wannabe gangster when he gets to the big house.
Who ever coached him must be proud... 😂
No need to wish rape on anyone. He is a complete irredeemable scumbag, yes, still doesn’t make rape okay though.

I'm so sorry her beautiful light was stolen before her time. He's a loser, and that mom was obstructing justice.
Thank you for gifting us with so many high quality videos! Always nice to see which new story you will bring light to.
Repeated Rape is one common cause.
Some toys just come out of the factory broken.

My family and I currently reside in Jacksonville FL, as I was medically retired from the Navy and we decided to stay here for a few more years . When this happened I was absolutely 😲 shocked and disgusted to see this poor young girl lose her life doing what over 20+ years ago I used to do the same thing, you can't even do regular teenage innocent things like sneak out and not have to worry about thinking to yourself "well maybe I shouldn't sneak out because I might be murdered!" There’s no doubt that Aiden did it.
The ol’ nature Vs nurture question. We still haven’t figured that one out fully
@@mrknarf4438 The dad is mentioned in the story though? He too was in the room when they were being audio-recorded
@@mrknarf4438 His father was not out of the picture. That’s a negative and incorrect simplification from a stereotype. Many children grow up just as respectable, responsible citizens who were raised by women. It depends on the individual reasons and how that child was actually raised.
The parents' behavior might have encouraged him to be so confident, but that type of remorseless psychopathy is usually hardwired.
I just wanted to say how impressed I am with your improvement here on this channel. I only subscribed this week after watching two of your recent videos and I've been thoroughly enjoying watching some of your past videos ever since. I saw one today where you were celebrating having 1000 subs early last year I think and I am blown away by the professionalism of your presentations and your on-camera presence in comparison to how nervous and new you looked to being on screen back then.
Congratulations on your hard work paying off. The way you deliver these stories is really captivating and the way you look at the camera lens rather than at yourself in the view finder marks you out as being more disciplined and professional than the vast majority of other You Tubers.
Well done, and thanks for the quality content.
She probably refused his advances and I mean, who wouldn’t? Just take a look at him.🤮
And his fragile f’ed up mind couldn’t handle rejection. I mean, it’s very apparent that his parents will do ANYTHING for him, including helping to try and hide his murderous deeds.
Fragile ego + rejection...timebomb and very common sadly.
Exactly, he likely had a fixation/obsession with the beautiful cheerleader Trystan who was out of his league, but after much rejection he convinced her to walk into an isolated area with him. A news report said that she thought they were going to smoke marijuana together, but when he tried sexually assaulting her she defended her self fiercely/rejected his advances which made him go into an enraged violent frenzy, and he repeatedly stabbed her to death .He likely told friends he was going to kill someone or they don’t want to say it was Trystan he wanted dead for rejecting him, because the friends don’t want to get in trouble for not reporting him
Perfect timing. I love your narration, scripts, and video format! Always so easy to listen to
