I remember once being mistaken for an adult when I was like… 11. Looking back, I feel REALLY sorry for the poor guy who had apparently been trying to flirt with me until I happily blurted out what grade I was in and then watched him come up with the fastest excuse he could to walk away. I had a girl like that in my school. 6ft4 in 8th grade and genuinely taller than absolutely everybody in the school including the staff together with the strength to back it up. She was mostly rather reserved and I didn't really get to interact with her all that much though. Thinking about it there were plenty of other strange kids at that school, myself included
Ah that just unlocked a repressed memory I had when I was 14 where I was bullied by this one really big girl. She would like to tackle me when she spotted me or hug me between her arms or legs wherever we meet. It was kinda scary cos of the height difference. I don’t let it slow me down though, using daily stretching and exercises to keep my back in working condition. Knowing that she was able to fix her spine, makes me feel really happy.
Boobs? No fairly sure that’s not what caused or contributed to the scoliosis, just the sudden growth spurt. My older brother grew very suddenly too and that resulted in minor scoliosis and scarring from his skin stretching quickly. A friend also had the same situation but it caused their lung to collapse because his ribs didn’t accommodate his lungs and one pierced the right lung.
It can actually, women with large breasts tend to develop back problems as a result of all the extra height they are carrying at the front of their body. The massive height spurt was probably the main culprit, but developing large breasts at the same time definitely didn't help.
As someone who hit 5'10 very abruptly during puberty and got scoliosis, I feel this so much more than I needed to. Running causes back pain for me and I'm a dude. I don't even want to know what it feels like for her.

I got scoliosis when I was younger as well, I grew faster a lot sooner for guy standards. (For those that don't know, girls start growing sooner, guys grow later, I was growing along with the girls). Dang, is there not a treatment to prevent that? If it's simply from growing too fast, it seems like it should be possible to slow it down with medicine.
Unless you're doing something to inhibit natural growth hormones, that's not really possible. And not everyone that grows like a weed is going to develop scoliosis, so it's not an advisable preventative measure to begin with.
