About UPSC Civil Services Exam:
UPSC Civil Services Exam is one of the most prestigious exams in the country. It has three parts, the Prelims exam, the Main exam and the Personality test, which you need to clear in order to become an IAS or IPS officer. All other Group A services of the Government of India recruit people through the UPSC Civil services exam itself and because of this, there is a lot of competition in this exam. At 35:40 for PSU who are in executive cadre, for them in office memorandum of Dept. Of public enterprise Ministry of Heavy industry dated 25th October 2017 it is clearly written that
"in view of the Government decision referred to in DoPT OM dated 06-10-2017, for determination of creamy layer criteria in CPSEs, the general principle would be that all the Executive level posts in CPSEs i.e. Board level Executives and below Board level Executives which are managerial level posts, will be considered as "creamy layer" subject to the provision that those Executives whose annual income as per criteria given in DoT OM 08-09-1993 is less than Rs. 8 lakhs (as amended vide DoPT OMNo.36033/1/2013=Estt.(Res) dated 13-09-2011) will not fall under creamy layer criteria. "
And in the above mentioned OM 06-10-2017 this same thing is very clearly mentioned that Executives whose income according for 1993 OM will be less than 8 lakh will not be considered as Creamy layer candidate.
So unlike Public sector Banks where junior managerial level is being considered as Group A post (according to the OM of Ministry of finance OM dated 06 December 2017) but for PSUs thay have mentioned that equivalence of post can not be drawn so even if i am an executive but my i income (according to OM of 1993 amended from time to time which doesn't considered income from salary) is less than 8 lakh so i will not be come under creamy layer.
So sir on which basic you are saying that if im an executive at PSU then I'll come under creamy layer?
Please enlighten on this matter as it is very important for me because currently im an executive in PSU.

Sir, if 1500 sq feet land in name of father and if he divides it equally between his 2 sons (both above 18 years) so both will be eligible for EWS separately ? (All other EWS conditions are met)

I belong to OBC cast list, My father joined in govt. service as constable, now retired from post of sub inspector in 2024, last 3 consecutive FY salary is above 8 Lakh.

Watched the whole video. My query is regarding the last part. I did apply with an old OBC income certificate dated 16-02-2022. At the same time I had applied for a new NCL certificate. Due to upcoming elections in the state, there was a delay and I got the new NCL certificate (dated) on 22-02-2023. One day difference from the cut off date.
Will this be a problem?

My father was from MP , I born in mh, we live in MH but bcoz my father is from MP we can't apply to cast validity which is essential for obc reservation in mh, so applied for Central cast Certificate through MP will that Certificate be valid for upsc or other jobs? I'm still considered as open category in MH as I don't posses cast Validity, but my cast is listed in obc list of state as well as Central list ? What should I do? Will be remain as open in state? & obc in center?

But in Ravi Kumar vs AIIMS case and Pushpa vs union of India obc certificate can be treated as qualification criteria. And cutoff date not imply on obc certificate. Can also be referred to Abdul Rasheed vs Union of India Supreme court SLP 3116/2017.

In M.P. they are not giving Income certificate, they say you dont have samgra id which is compulsary (issued when u have ration card of address mentioned M.P.....) we have ration card of maharahtra address...

If income is more than 8 lakh then you are not eligible for ncl.....salary is not considered only in case of government employees...

U can apply on sdo office for a centralized certificate, with in 1/2 days mil jyega... First chk ur central list, ushmai reservation milte hai yea state k milte hai.. And after that fill sc\St format with an application from submit it,( application sub-regarding this exam or othrs,) also add valid documents.

Hello sir , I'm your student, my request is use your contacts and ask them about ews quota new rules , as govt said in sc last yesr year that they are going to remove the residential asset criteria from ews and only income and agri land criteria will be applicable, lots of students can't get benifit due to that criteria.
