Hello- sorry to bother you but i have a few questions. if conservatives are more right wing which take on a crime control view, then why is the uk mainly due process when we have a conservative government? is America more crime control?
i was just wondering if im understanding it right, wouldnt the uk be more due process? because people are innocent until proven guilty and our government has to go through certain legal ways to get evidence
It’s a matter of personal opinion. It’s very unlikely that they will ask for that in the exam. They could however ask for the strengths/weaknesses of each model.
