I have followed you for a few years. Jessie has made amazing gains. I can't tell you how badly I wish I would have begun hitting the gym 50 years ago. My cardiologist just told me no more exercise for at least a while. My heart attack at 41 is finally catching up to me 28 years later. There may be a possibility of improvement and then going back into a bit of exercise, but probably not. Thank both of you for inspiring me and so many others.
Jesse's made "amazing gains". No. Youre overexaggerating. If you love Jeff, so be it, but there's no need to lie lol
@@Jay-we2ek Have you seen the earliest videos with Jessie?

Jeff, you’re a savage for that.
Jeff the man 😂
I had to play it back to make sure I heard it correctly.🤣
Jesse sure has come a long way, respect 👏🏾
Hey guys. Just joined and bought AX-2.
I love it. I started with your UA-cam videos. And in just 3 weeks I’ve put on gains like the old days. I’m a prior athlete, college and minor league baseball player. Lost my way for a bit, but now at the age of 39, I’m a contractor and it feels so good to get a kick to my old ways. You have given me a routine that I love. I’m actually thinking about becoming a firefighter at the ripe age of 40. Anything you guys suggest for that type of transition? From construction to fires. Not sure if you’ll see this. Doubtful in fact. But if so, I’ll take whatever advice you’ve got. Thanks for all you do!! You’re changing lives everyday!!
I think I speak for most of us when I say we need the "Jeff doesn't shave for 30 days challenge" next. Just to see how it impacts his gains. Come on Jeff. For science.
His wife wouldn't appreciate that😂
FOR SCIENCE!!!
FOR SCIENCE!
Jesse has been the perfect poster child for this channel. I’ve been following this channel for four years and Jesse’s results reflect not only his hard work and dedication, but the most competent and motivating trainer out there! Good work guys! 👍
Jesse's progress video was one of your best, if not THE best videos you've shown. It's REAL. He could be ANYONE wanting to be better...a LOT better. Congratulations to you all. Arthur
After seeing the old footage of jesse the odds were really stacked against him but he fought through it what a legend for not giving up when many would have given up real quick
Why are the odds stacked against him? Wasn't he already a competitive lacrosse player? He was already very lean. Does he have some kind of injury or disease or something?
@@mattuw82 Head trauma, it makes it so he can't train very hard.

And that tattoo on the shoulder too
Jesse, you are an inspiration considering the trials you've gone through along the way. Congratulations in your success, and here's to a life time of good health for you 👍

Jesse takes a mile
Jeff shoots Jesse down and moves on 😂
Im was like old Jesse always struggled to be consistent and always procrastinating over thinking stuff until i got my shit together and no matter how tired and “not filing like working out ” i was anyway trained , its almost 2 years now and I'm definitely happy on how i look and how i feel , definitely got a lot of useful tips from you guys

This is how a natural bodybuilder grows......
If you take creatine are you still natural? Just curious for my own understanding as I take creatine haha
@@1bigbillz Yes.
What’s creatine
@@1bigbillz No, Ronnie Coleman broke his back by abusing creatine. He took it everyday and blew up. Grew a lot of muscle that his body couldn't handle. He reached -0.6% bodyfat, and his body paid the price. Don't take creatine its not worth your health. Take a more natural supplement like Trenbolone, instead of 3 grams of creatine everyday take 5 grams of Trenbelone, its a bit weaker than creatine so you have to take more.
@@nivaneh1010 It's a powder for enhanced training. It basically makes you endure more so you can do more reps, get more micro tears and thus gaining more muscle faster. This applies to protein and BCAA's as well but creatine can do wonders for most

I couldn't hide a smile for the whole video. I feel so proud of Jesse!
As a fellow skinny guy seeing Jessie’s progress really motivates me to keep pushing at the gym. His compound lift numbers have gotten strong. 💪🏼
I'm a fellow skinny too. I was about 115 lbs from high school until last year at 37. I managed to gain a total of about 35 lbs but man I'm stuck at 150 lbs now. It's the nutrition holding me back, I just have ZERO appetite. It's like my body doesn't want to weigh any more. Fricking sucks. Don't matter what you're doing in the gym, if you're not taking in enough calories, you ain't growing.
@@clamum So true! I always wondered why I couldn’t get serious gains. Then I started increasing my caloric/protein intake significantly. Doing that along with my 5x5 workout plan really helped me gain size. I went from 145 at 18 to 175 at 28.
@@clamum it might be age? Don’t we stop building mass after 30 years old? That’s why people do TRT etc.
@@zepho100 Um no dawg. Stop building mass at 30? Lmao no. I'm pretty sure Jeff has a video on this topic actually, but no that's not true at all.
My trainer is my age (38) and he lost decent mass/weight over 2020 cause our gym was closed for part of the year and he didn't work out at home; when the gym opened back up he put the muscle/weight right back on, and he's natty.
@@clamum try eating more smaller meals throughout the day and you’ll eventually be able to eat more throughout the day

Jesse, that is amazing the amount of discipline and dedication you put into your workout!
I'm not aware of how many times you have been sidelined by your head trauma. The fact that you keep coming back regardless of how you feel. Not many jacked buff dudes can hold a candle to what you can manage pain wise or the mental strength to lose gains and find the will within to get those gains back!
