Physical fitness is a long never ending journey. Everyone looks at the people who are already fit and don't realize the years it took to get there. Anyone who can be consistent for 3 months means you can stay the course. Great job Jesse.

Absolutely. This is a lesson I have learned - I started consistently working out September 2020 thinking "oh, I'll be shredded by next summer". No, it takes time and is a complete lifestyle change forever. When it came to April 2021 and I still had some belly fat and not even close to a 6 pack, I became a little demotivated. It was actually seeing Jesse a couple of months ago that gave me my motivation back. Reminded me I'm in it for the long haul.

I gave my best and trained hard for years, but I was hardly getting any muscle, only to find out that my diet was poor af. I have always eaten 'just enough' thinking it would be sufficient. Reality hit me hard when I started following my first real diet plan from Dietarize (if I remember correctly). The amount of food was huge for me back then, but I eventually got used to it and started getting real results. That's all from me. Once again, thanks Jeff for your videos. If someone is 210 lbs and benches 240 for 1 rep, but another person who is 150 benches the same...the smaller guy is way more impressive.

My cardiologist just told me no more exercise for at least a while. My heart attack at 41 is finally catching up to me 28 years later. I love it. I started with your UA-cam videos. And in just 3 weeks I’ve put on gains like the old days. I’m a prior athlete, college and minor league baseball player. Lost my way for a bit, but now at the age of 39, I’m a contractor and it feels so good to get a kick to my old ways. You have given me a routine that I love. I’m actually thinking about becoming a firefighter at the ripe age of 40. Anything you guys suggest for that type of transition? From construction to fires. Not sure if you’ll see this. Doubtful in fact. But if so, I’ll take whatever advice you’ve got. Thanks for all you do!! You’re changing lives everyday!!
