Using eight iPhones to make one clock

In my never ending quest to figure out what to do with old devices, here are eight iPhone 4s devices each displaying one digit of the current time. I am using a ninth device to send messages and change the color.

this didn´t have any likes, i´m amazed.
it´s such a cool concept you can play with, you can put text, scrolling to the side, and something else.
how did you managed to synch all of them?

Yeah I thought this video would have more interest... lol. I wrote an app that runs on each device that keep in sync over the network. There are probably better ways to do it but it was fun for a moment.
