    How do the results obtained from the combination of these two adjustments differ from the default Black & White live filter layer where various tones can be adjusted via the sliders?

      The BW filter works by adjusting the strength of colors and depending on your image, you can get very similar results. This is more using the existing luminosity (and can affect multiple colors at the same time). Hope this makes a bit of sense :)

    Is that "chrome" curve the same as solarization ?
