The only reason she doesn't divorce is that it's easy for her to stay financially secure - her husband is likely oblivious and simply providing his wife with all the material comforts she demands while demanding nothing in return. She is effectively single.

Does Lynn not have guilt for not telling her friend’s husband that she’s cheating? That would make me complicit by simply having to acknowledge and not acting on it .
All Rich is saying is that men will cheat down, while women will not. A man will cheat just for the sake of strange while a women will only cheat if she perceives the man to be better then her husband in some way. Just because she chooses to stay in the marriage does not mean she views her cheating as just sex.
Once they've abandoned ship a few dozen times, it's soooo easy for them to check out. And they always have a hundred simps and Chads waiting in the wings. If you're dealing with a woman with a high notch count, you're really just setting yourself up to get burned.

Hi Rich, Does your advice regarding shaking off people in your circle who make bad choices apply equally to women and their friendships? I would like your opinion. There are women in my circle who seem lacking in empathy, undermine your ambitions and manipulate. I've walked away from these so called friends but get criticism for doing so (by other women).

There's always signs when they are cheating. They leave little crumbs. Some will do it on purpose, but others try to hide it and drop crumbs subconsciously. Behaviors and attitudes change, sometimes subtly but noticeable if you are genuinely into the other person. The body chemistry usually settles in a specific way when there's only one person in your life. It goes bonkers when new people come into the picture. Not everyone is the same, But I would say it only takes a short while, maybe a couple of weeks to get to know who someone is.
I wasn't a Cassanova by any means, but in my late teens early twenties I would talk to women and text and stuff. I would notice small things and always knew when they were entertaining other men. Me and my friend would joke about the 6th sense we have, and it goes off like an alarm bell.

Women are serial monogamists. They will have multiple “options”, but they have small relationships with one man and go from guy to guy. The average notch count is 10-20 for women. But they can only love one man, and if they have genuine desire for him, they will not cheat.

I know there's lots of debate around the concept of microchimerism but it makes perfect sense to me because women are the retainers. So that's another reason for why promiscuous women should be avoided like the plague for serious relationships.

Men and women who believe in "sanctity of marriage" or are highly religious don't cheat. Men and women who are married with children, love their children and spouse. But want something extramarital with no intention of divorce, etc will discreetly step out. This for men and women is more of the exception than the rule. Men have a slightly higher proclivity, but women have much, much more opportunity.

You sound like you WANT it to be the exact same for both sides because you find it distasteful, depressing or demeaning but you know it isn’t and that where you’re trying to cope. It is way easier for man who is willing to leave everything on the line for the woman of his dreams to step outside of the relationship than it TYPICALLY is for women. Even in this panel(small sample size of course) agreed typically women are serial monogamists when SERIOUSLY dating, that isn’t the case for men.
