Whitney Cummins was my favorite so far of the episodes I have seen of 2023. I just started watching the breakdown about a month and a half ago. Jodie Sweetin episode about adhd was so insightful to my relationship with my son. I am a huge Jada fan, that episode was so amazing. Thank you both for helping me to learn, change, and grow. I look forward to watching more episodes from 2023 and the episodes coming in 2024. I am already a huge fan of the breakdown.
Some of the greatest are her older episodes like her interview with Sarah Silverman, and Kelly Clarkson and the one with Moshe Kascher was really good.. maybe the best one she’s had on.
I found out about Mayim's existence this year. It was mindblowing because i'm fascinated with the human brain since i was 7 years old. Many questions have arisen over the years. And Mayim has so many answers!😍 But she also builded my courage. I was brave enough to finally take ballroom dancing lessons (I LOVE IT). I also went diving a few times with fins and bottle (it's so calming. you're just floating, breathing and watching your own bubbles). Last but not least, I found the courage to be visible on the internet. But it's only here! You won't find me anywhere else. Because this feels like a safespace to express myself (hope thats ok). Kind of, because this text scares me out of my mind. But like Mayim says: It's ok to be scared. It will be fine. So thank you so much for your work. You helped me grow so much❤️
This “Best Of MBB 2023” is a demonstration of how unique & fabulous this podcast is! A bit sad that next week there we won’t have a regular episode, but wishing that all the terrific MBB team could use this hiatus to enjoy holidays, charge batteries & return with strenght & amazing guests in 2024. I can only thank you for all the good things I’ve learnt here, the main one, how to deal with the sudden suicide of a sibling. From 2016 I was unable to express my feelings, to cry, to deal with my anxiety, to learn that I wasn’t guilty for not having been able to anticipate it..till I found this podcast, Mayim, Jonathan & guests that have taught me to confront this tragic event, open myself & begin to overcome the pain. Thank you Maryim as bringing Dr Susan ... need the basic foundation while having humor to have a stronger society . How is it that govt can have health care however is very limited with the mental health care and the brain neuroscience. Stronger society as to better brain/ behavior / health also eliminating of cognitive dissonance .. True values without distorted thinking and trauma that is projected to society if not dealt early in childhood it will bleed into adulthood.

[who is this mysterious Mustache mini man?] Is that coincidence on purpose ? or is there a story behind the baseball playing bobble head dolls? Are they both aware of the fact they both have the same doll living on the same place on display for viewers to see or not to see? Just curious who the players are what team they play for (is it the same dude? Or 2 different dudes same mustache? ) Im guessing you’re both baseball fans &/or just like to play with the same mustache mini man dolls? I’m seriously joking but what’s the back story ?
