I'd be really surprised to discover that they *didn't* hook you up with a full replacement, Marc. I had a problem with the blade assembly for my *Nutri Ninja IQ* right after I bought it (a few years ago now), and after a _single_ phone call they sent me another **complete** system (no photos or return was necessary). So now I have TWO of everything it came with (minus that blade assembly; I still have it but I don't use it because I think the bearing went bad). I've always had really good customer support like that from Ninja and it's the reason I still buy their products.
P/S: The blade assembly should have been shipped *either* fully and properly installed *or* packaged separately in its own box, and not leaning to one side like it was inside the pitcher.

I am not a fan generally of Ninja from their blender standpoint, in fact I hate their blenders...BUT I will say, they stood behind the warranty of my Ninja Neverstick Premium 12 inch pan and sent me a new one after two years of use when a part of the inside coating started to wear down and got to the point where food was sticking to the area. THEN the kicker was, the new pan they sent came with a small dent around the outside of it, which is weird since the thing is heavier than crap. Called them again, and they sent another new one out to replace the replacement. Both times we did a video phone call (they send you a link to make the video happen on your wireless phone) so it was easy to show them where each pan was damaged. They never asked for the two defective ones back, so I donated them. Hope they help you guys out just as great as they did me

Hello guys. That system has been in the USA and its territories for more than a year. What's weird is that the main unit comes with all the discs and the dough blade accesory that you had to buy separately. I bought a year ago at my local Costco. It was on sale $129.99 + taxes. Hope Ninja provides a fair solution to the problem.

I have noticed if purchasing from Amazon issues are significantly increased and not an issue of the manufacturer. I found that Amazon is allowing 3rd party vendors whom aren’t trust worthy and that is leading to used/opened and/or damaged products to be shipped out as “new”. I received a damaged ninja pro cooker from Amazon and had to get a replacement under warranty directly from ninja for the heating element.
I'm sure that's all true, although we bought this directly from Ninja. Thanks for watching! - J
In the UK they have a legal requirement to replace or refund under these circumstances. As part of a Ninja fb group I have seen quite a few posts about something or other failing and even out of warranty Ninja have provided great customer service so hope it’s the same for you.

Good luck!!! I had to call them x20 to get a resolution. Had to remind them of trading laws in my country. A real battle only after 2 uses. Got a refund in end. But what an awful experience. Ninja is at fault for packaging so carelessly. Couriers are known to be awful.

Can you please make a hamburger test video? Try to make it on Ninja Grill, Ninja Sizzle, real grill (coal, gas or what ever you have), Ninja speedy, Ninja presser pot, Ninja pizza oven, not Ninja products with this function... All this product really confusing. There looks different and using different technic but the functions called same. Interesting if it effect the flavor.
