As always, Marc & Jaime, I love your videos! Your honesty and real life situations make me feel like I'm at your home and you're giving real advice! Much appreciated! My Mom was co-owner of a coffee service. Once a month you should run a full pot of 1/2 white vinegar and 1/2 filtered water through the pot portion. And 15cc white vinegar and 25cc filtered water through the espresso side on Luongo setting. BUT that is only if you use both sides daily! If not than every other month is good. I used to have to clean the machines that were replaced, or being repaired. White vinegar is better than any so-called coffee machine cleaner! Those cleaners almost never flush out entirely. Their residual lousy taste lingers!!! White vinegar flushes right out! As a rule of thumb, I would always tell our customers to make your first pot of just water. Then make ALL the coffee & espresso you want!😊 Optimum coffee/tea temperature of 55-68°C/167-170°F is best to not experience the bitterness that most people find distasteful about coffee. Never put a Yeti, or any other insulated double walled steel/plastic/triton cup on the hotplate on the pot side!!! It can cause a fire! Nova Scotia, eh? I thought I detected an Eastern Canada accent! Parlez vous France'? Je parle les France' au les Canadienne! 🙂 Again, I LOVE your videos!!! All your hard work is much appreciated!!!🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 Nancy
Nancy !! As usual, we love your comments, so very kind of you to take the time to provide advice and insight. Great information on the Yeti !!! Yes I speak French ! Take care and thanks again 🇨🇦🇨🇦😃😃 Marc
I have one of these! And I love it! One of the best coffee machines I have owned . I had no idea I could do tea ( pretty dumb I know). Thank you for your great demo!
Even though I wouldn't have the need for something like this since I already own a Dolce Gusto pod machine, I stayed and enjoyed watching the whole thing. I just discovered your channel (came from the Ninja Blast Portable Blender video) and I find your personality great and fun to watch. I would really love to see you guys do smaller kitchen gadgets (sort of similar to what CrazyRussianHacker and DaveHax do, they review multiple gadgets/tools in one go such as "Testing 5 cheese slicers" and what have you). I would 100% be a regular viewer if you guys ever decide to get into these things. Im moving to my new apartment soon and have been binge-watching a lot of kitchen gadgets lately (been also watching these regularly in the last 10 years or so anyway even though I wouldn't buy any of them at that time lol). These kinds of videos will get you a lot of views from what I have noticed after following CRH for all these years, I would really love to apply his same kind of gadgets to your style and play. Cheers!
Hi guys, Mark with a K from the UK here. Ninja are churning out new kit at the speed of lightning. What I am looking forward to is seeing their new stacking air fryer, I hope it’s one you’ll be testing as I love your honestly. Cheers as always or as we say here in the UK “Pip Pip”…… we don’t really say that 😁
Anne from NS here! I am a real tea connoisseur, but Italian also so I love a good espresso. Black teas (and herbal) should use water that's near boiling, green teas brewed much lower, around 80°otherwise it's bitter. Regular brewed coffee is supposed to be around 90°, but I am surprised at the espresso because you need boiling water to push through the grinds to get that flavour and texture, the crema. But if it tastes good to you that's all that matters. 😅❤ I wouldn't buy this because I'm not a fan of pods, and I would never use it to make tea. But it is pretty cool where it can both brew a pot of coffee and use pods, this would be very useful I think for alot of people. I really loved this review, alot of fun watching you make and enjoy the different drinks. 😊
There is a different ninja appliance that is awesome, that does have a setting to brew different types of tea and several settings for coffee. However that one does not do espresso. ^_^
Hello from Cyprus. Great video as always.. Personal opinion i own a Gaggia Magenta presdige . i know it may cost more but is worth it and it use coffee beans. i know you prefer Ninja products and they are great on many other than that
I had some issues with the Tim Hortons capsules. The first capsule pierced both sides, but the second two didn't. Going to monitor this let me know if others are having issues with other brands of capsules. Same types as you did. Other coffee pods had no issues, so either the blades are not long enough or the aluminum on the bottom of the pod is of a stronger type that didn't pierce the top. 🤔
I'm always looking for the next best Ninja coffee tea machine. I have one now and the tea filter sucks. This one is way too expensive for not being able to use keurig pods too. You mentioned a permanent filter - I bought one from Amazon and it costs $10 for 2. I love tea and I don't think Ninja has made a decent coffee tea machine yet. Ninja does have an electric tea kettle made just for tea that has exact temperature settings for whatever tea is being drunk. Tea is heated around 200 degrees. It heats hot water too for hot chocolate. I think this machine is a dud, but the review was 5 stars!!!😁
How is the quality? Durability? The feedback I read from the Ninja website, many customers complained about leakage or other malfunction issues with the machine after 8 months or so of use. I am planning to get a new coffeemaker but still doing some research which brand should I go for, either with k-cup or espresso or neither. There are so many brands and choices in the market.
What is the model your wife uses for tea and how does she make tea with it tea k cups or tea bags with it?Love to see you guys get into tea maker reviews? Thanks!
I think mine has a defect. When I put the nespresso cup in it just falls right to the trash. There's nothing guiding it in place and I need to hold it hard against the wall so that it goes in the slot. I need to try a few times and then dig them through the trash compartment. Wish you had a close up of what yours look inside that slot

Something sounds off for sure. I’d reach out to ninja. Marc
Can you make an Americano with the Nespresso side of this machine?
If there's a Nespresso sized Americano pod, then I guess so? - J
The tea tip is amazing! Why didn't I think of that? 🤔
We do what we can! Thanks for watching! - J
I tried using Dunkin pods on this machine but they don’t fit. 😔 am I missing something?
Not sure. Are they standard sized? - J
