One of the main problems is due to political correctness the American legal system has gotten soft on criminals that commit horrendous crimes of this nature. There are those in a certain party that think gun control laws will stop this from happening. The gun used in this shooting is not to blame, what would everyone be saying if the man that did this used his car to run down his victims? We need car control laws so this will not happen again.
