I was an electrician at the Washakie renewable energy plant in Plymouth Utah...lol... one thing they left out was, the Washakie plant was on a Native American reservation... protecting them from any and all federal regulations...including OSHA, and any other safety organizations... on the surface, the plant looked clean... but inside it was so dirty and unkept that I seriously can't believe that it didn't turn into a mushroom cloud... it was an accident waiting to happen
