This is the best tool I've ever owned. First day alone it saved my over $5,000 in tree surgery. It was an impulse by at BJ's. What sucked me in was the picture of a lady snipping a branch way above her head. Well guess what the aluminum extending snippers are light, strong, durable....and unbelievably useful!!!
The part that got me is at 3:20, where you have to use two different "canals" for the cord to move through. Had to watch it like 20 times in slow-mo to get it, so ... a little hint would have been nice!
The video is a great help but found this a very tricky repair before I finally copied the video exactly. Slow-mo helps but found the entire repair a pain.
VERY helpful video - though sound and if I could have found slo-mo would've been helpful! Still, was good for helping re-string the cord after I pulled the inner shaft out of the outer one.
Why no sound? Wow, would have been a great video with just a few simple outline statements to let us know what you're doing.... but still helpful, thanks.

Thank you so much...very helpful video.
Do you know how do you remove the chain link to replace the blade or is there a video.

Fiskars 'power-stroke is an awesome piece of useless tool. It's great when you want to add material for scrapping.
