Yo! Thanks bro. You saved me from relying on Lossless scaling to boost my performance up. Now I can still play it smoothly even if I don't turn Lossless Scaling on.
Bro I hope you don't mind but I'm gonna use your settings on MSFS 2024 to see if it's going to be smooth like FS2020 since I got the chance to become an Alpha Tester for the sim. 😁
@@BviSimPilot Sad to say, it didn't go that well. It is smooth, mind you, but not as my eye desires. Turns out Lossless Scaling was causing the stutter because I use it whenever I open FS2020. I turned it off and switched from TAA to FSR like a defeated warrior and it was smooth again. Though I have to say, I need a better GPU for FS2024. I'm sticking to 2020 until I have the money to buy a new one.
That’s interesting! Thanks for letting me know how it went. Yeah I’m same as you at the moment, in terms of needing a higher performance pc before getting it. How was the leading times ect with the WiFi as I was wondering even if you have slower WiFi if you know if it will load quicker than 2020?
@@BviSimPilot Oh definitely. 2024 loaded for me in like a minute maybe because it didn't have any addons. They did say it will run smoothly if you have a faster internet connection. Just my current hardware that keeps it from running up to 60.
Ahh fair enough. This is really good to hear. It’s a shame they haven’t found a way to run it better on lower end pcs but I guess the quality of the graphics is pretty insane so it’s kind of one or the other.
have you ever get a force close randomly when flying using this settings? I always get a force close randomly when I fly. My specs : CPU : Intel i5 10300H GPU :Nvidia GTX1650 4GB RAM : 24GB DDR4 3200 OS : Windows 10
When you say a force close do you mean a crash to desktop? If so then yes they are quite common. However they are usually caused by an addon in you community folder. try removing all the addons that your not using and see if that helps.
Yes should be fine. The fenix is a little heavy on FPS but these settings will work. If your frame rate is too low with these setting change the performance mode in the fenix software.
Feel free. these are the graphics setting that i use. I have also optimized my NVIDIA settings in the GeForce experience and also in the NVIDIA Control panel.
@@BviSimPilot IDK if it's just me or not because whenever I use your settings the sim gives me a DXGI error the s_ok error. Though it runs fine if you don't press ok on the error message, it still annoys me.
Hello, how do you think, am I going to get a good FPS in Fenix A320 with i5-10400 and GTX 1650? Because now I in i5-2400 (GPU 1650), and it's very hard for it. It often chrashed and have maybe FPS 10-15.
I have a gtx 1650 as well. I would try using my settings in this video and then adjust any if the fps is till low. also try my Nvidia settings in my latest video. these gave me a huge performance increase. for the Fenix a320 in the Fenix app you can select displays to performance. you will probably get about 20-25 fps with these at non hand crafted airports. hope this helps.
@BviSimPilot Hello again! I use your settings, but my TLOD is 25 and I have about 20-25 FPS on Fenix, sometimes it's lower. I will upgrade my processor from i5-2400 to i7-3770. I need 30 FPS always, and lower can be about 25, because on my opinion, what I have now is just slide show. What do you think, will it help, or no? Because I think my CPU can't manage so many processes and in game it always 100%. Also when I change my settings from low to medium and vice versa, performance isn't change and FPS also is same.
hi, i have a question, because i have a laptop with ryzen 5500H, and rtx2050, and i am wandering, if it will be playable at medium settings, because i want to play msfs but dont know if i can with these specs.(i mean something about 40 fps)
you should get around 40 fps with these specs. I use a laptop with only a gtx 1650 which it terrible compared to what you have and I get around 20-25fps. just make sure to configure everything correctly in the Nvidia control panel and in game. (I have 2 videos on these)
Have you tried on 720p or 900p with all on-medium? yea i know, not much hopes for 1650 to get medium above... im about to play this game and i already bought it on steam today
Hi bro, with; Ryzen 5 3400G with Radeon Vega Graphics 3.70 GHz RAM: 16GB DDR4 GPU: GTX 1650 GDDR6 4GB VRAM OS: Win 11 Pro Is good for MSFS2020? And i want to fly with B737/787/777 aircrafts
Yes, these are pretty good specs. Your GPU is good which will give you some decent FPS. For reference, your GPU is 40% better than mine and I get about 25/30 fps with the settings in the video. Your CPU is also above the average CPU. You don't have as much ram as some pc's. a good ram would be 36GB but 16 is fine.
I use these settings I all of my videos. just have a look at one of those to see the results. I did not include it in this video as not to make it too long. I also added a section at the end showing the framerate I get at a hand crafted airport with these settings.

Why do the engines look like a dodecagon. Is it due to the settings or aircraft design
That aircraft is a model that has been placed into the hand crafted scenery by the developer.

hey im just asking do u have gsx for me gsx takes a looot of performance what do i do?
I don’t use GSX. Basically for this reason. It takes out all the performance from the sim!!!

No I haven't. I always keep the resolution at 1080p otherwise it just looks bad, like a low quality UA-cam video!!
sheesh so nicee

Yes all videos have these settings. I usually get between 25-30 FPS with the settings I have shown

These settings should still work fine. you might notice a drop in FPS on longer flights though as your ram will fill up quicker.

Yes I think it can. Xbox consoles are quite powerful. My PC specs are only at the lower end of the mid tier.
@@BviSimPilot yeah, hopefully I’m upgrading to a 3050
how many fps do you usually get?
I get 30 fps as I have enabled vsync and limited it to 30 fps. Sometimes when landing at large airports my fps can dip to about 20 - 25.
