I'm using a 260 RTX Ti and your settings brought my sim to a standstill. It took me a couple of hours to get back to what it used to be. Going back to the Nvidia GeForce Experience app icon on my Desktop and hitting the 'Optimize' button, then making my further adjustments in the sim put it all back for me.
Been playing with Nvidia panel and settings for ages. Got it running best I could on 2060 then upgraded. I now have 13700k / 4070ti but didn’t see the massive leap I expected. Until now - not sure what you showed me that I haven’t done before but now running maxed out 1440p and is smooth. All traffic and ultra. Bit of stuttering in heavy airports but I’ll turn the air traffic down a touch as don’t need all that. But omg it’s running a dream!!!! Thankyou whatever you did differently!!!
Running a RTX3060 8gb on a laptop. Followed you settings and the game is running amazing!! I was able to turn up some of the graphics without any issues and now the visuals are awesome. Have parts on the way to build a new PC with an RTX3060 12gb, 13th gen i7, and 128gb DDR5. I can't wait!! Thanks for the settings.
I have the NVIDIA 3070 I used your settings after experiencing a lot of stuttering around Heathrow airport and Gatwick massive thank you the only thing different I had to do was use the anti aliasing in the software instead of using it on the NVIDIA for some reason the picture quality was not good when using the NVIDIA anti aliasing started using the games anti aliasing and that seemed to clear the picture up a lot besides that the settings you have given worked amazingly thank you I've subscribed to your channel and hit that little bell lol thanks once again
Hey man. Thanks so much for subscribing. Means a lot. Glad the video helped. Sorry to hear you still have stuttering at Gatwick and Heathrow. To be honest I think most people have that at these airports. Just a sim thing probably. Thanks the support and have a good one :)
I can't say thank you enough. This helped me a lot. Of course I didn't tried a cold and dark because it's already late but the things that I have seen were so much better. Thank you man!
Amazing. great to hear. Probably was mainly the anisotropic filtering to 16x and the battery performance to maximum performance. these were the 2 that helped me the most.
Thanks for the super patience in taking us through all those mods. They helped more than the other suggestions I've tried but for helicopter operating ground to 500 feet most of the time, stuttering is still an issue.
Yes these should work for this. I have the GTX 1650 so not far off what you have and it works fine. There should be a button in the bottom right that says reset to default in the Nvidia control panel screen. Hope this helps
Strange as you have such a good GPU. Try setting the Pre cache rendering in the sim to ultra. this will mean that it loads all the scenery ect in the background meaning less 'live' rendering which should mean less stuttering. hope this helps
With the hardware accelerated GPU scheduling, there is a setting within msfs that is the nvidia frame generation, which I’ve found to give the game a good boost. Is there a desired setting for this section?
I have made a full video of all my graphics settings in the past which is still use. check out that video to see exactly how I have optimized them. hope this helps
I hope this helps :) . I have actually done a video in the past on the in sim settings. I still use the same ones now as well. Here is the link if you want to check it out: ua-cam.com/video/vX9kMcessUk/v-deo.html
I have a GTX 1650 so these settings will work great for you. you can also try tweaking things if you still don't get the performance you are looking for but these settings should be suitable for pretty much any graphics card.
To all the people who say that these recommendations aren’t helping: Every PC is different and not all settings are applicable for your system and also keep in mind that external factors like thermal throttling can heavily impact your performance or a poorly paired CPU and GPU combination resulting in a bottleneck! If your sim is no longer playable with these settings I suggest looking at the settings and tweaking them so your sim will become stable.
I get randomly CTD in midflight. I have the same specifications as yours without any modifications (mod/community folder empty). Is there any solution?
I have an RX6800 and do not have to tweak adrenaline to make this run better. With Nvidia I found myself constantly tweaking settings to find that sweet spot.
After changing the NVIDIA settings, now my sim is stuttering everytime I move. It's more of a glitch stutter.. The FPS has increased greatly tho. Any suggestions? RTX3070 with I7 14700K
if you have an RTX 3070 that is one of the highest GPU's out there. you definitely don't need a new card. you could update the driver which would probably get rid of that message. that's probably all it is. hope this helps.
@@BviSimPilot i still get msg stating my driver is not recommended and to update to 535.79.0 but when i try i get message that i have latest version. Thanks
Adjust Image setting with preview doesnt do what you think it does. By using that you just over wrote all of you other "advanced 3df setting" settings pretty much making this video totally worthless to any new user. Adjust image quality with preview is what you use when you dont know what all the other settings do.
Hello everyone, I have a problem with my system. Despite initially good FPS (40-50 FPS), according to NVIDIA, the %99 FPS drop to 15-20 FPS after a few minutes. This leads to constant stuttering in the game. Here are the details of my system: Intel® Core i7 13700F, RTX 4070, 16 GB RAM, 1000 GB SSD, water cooling, PCIe SSD Gen4, Windows 11. I would greatly appreciate your help and support in resolving this issue.
strange. where have you installed it from? steam, disks, or Microsoft store? have you tried clicking add and then searching for it in your files? apart from this I an not too sure why it wouldn't be there.
I can find it, but without permission to manage it or open it, I have to check that out, Did you have an Idea about what could be? I have a Microsoft Store Game Version@@BviSimPilot
That's very strange. I spent the last couple days trying to figure this out. if it shows up then it should allow you to manage it. could be a setting in the Microsoft store that stops you from adjusting it maybe. I have the disk version so I'm not sure. if I find anything I will let you know straight away.

1. Is these settings applicable for nvidia GTX 1080?
2. How can I revert back to default in nvidia control panel?
Yes these should work for this. I have the GTX 1650 so not far off what you have and it works fine. There should be a button in the bottom right that says reset to default in the Nvidia control panel screen. Hope this helps
This a very great video! In my Nvidia control panel is no such setting called ''low latende mode'' is this because of my RTX 3060 ? Thanks!
thank you very much. yes this because you have a very good graphics card it doesn't require this setting for it to be optimized.
That’s odd… I have a 3060 and always had this setting. Looking at a 4070 ti super tho as my first GPU upgrade. I just got the 5800x3D from a 3600x
Turning off hags then 40 series cards won’t be able to use frame generation
Yes true. I feel you should use this if your graphics card isn't on the high end spectrum.
