I must admit that I was very skeptical when it was announced the crows will be in the series from the very beginning, despite them appearing in the book-verse MUCH later. I braced myself for disappointment. But HOLY SHIT did they carry the show. Without them the show wouldn’t even be half as good. Can’t wait to see who they cast for Wylan 🙌🏻

I read the Shadow and Bone book right before watching the show and didn’t know about Six of Crows until after I finished the first episode and looked it up. That being said, the second Jesper came on the screen (and I mean like JUST the first glance of him) I was like “Ah, yes! I have no idea who this is, but this one’s my favorite.”
Now I’m finished with all the books, and after reading SoC, he STILL remains my favorite. I love this show, I loved the books more than I thought I would, and now I’m impatiently waiting for the second season by watching funny moments.
Same, I watched some of the clips from the Shadow and Bone series when I was reading the book and was like: I like this sassy biconic child. Now that i've finished Crooked Kingdom I love him so much more now
