Thanks so much for all your videos Bob, they are of great help. I am (or was before I retired) an electronic engineer and was just wondering why the common side of the resistor packs are tied to Arduino board's digital I/O pin 14 instead of ground. I guess originally I had thought that those resistors were just used as pull-downs.
