In this video I am sharing with you my regular morning habits, I feel most of them help me be motivated and boost my day.
They say it takes 21 days for something new to become a habit and working out, doing my bed and staying away from social media for the first couple hours are some things that help me ground my intentions and start a peaceful day.

wingpearlpetalandshell I hear you! having a routine is what helps me keep in track and have things to look forward for, whenever I go out of track it is quite difficult to get back at it but I just keep on going the first days, and then it comes naturally to me 🖤 hope this helps!

Si fuera posible agradeceria que nos mostraras un poco mas de la comida sana que acostumbras a comer. Yo no se mucho sobre semillas y aceites esenciales; hoy vi varios de tus videos y me parecio ver que tomaste uno de esos aceites y me sorprendio mucho! Come across to your channel its amazing ❤❤❤ what type a vitamins you take ? Saw that you take some collagen,its working for you ?how long do you take it ? When you will make a video with food,suplements ,teas, etc....etc...etc... i think everyone will love that ❤❤❤
hi! I am always switching my vitamins and supplements, as from what I've hear it isn't good to keep on taking the same ones for more than 2 month in a row. Right now I am doing collagen, biotin and vitamin D. I honestly can't tell if they are or aren't working, as in the past few months I've changed lots of things from my daily routine, including some physical therapy and also cutting down on coffee! anyhow I have been feeling more energetic and strong :)
Carolina Arevalo you know im free of coffee for almost three months now and its somenthing that is making me feeling real good ! I never thought I could live without, I been drink coffee my whole life, but I have felt that makes me feel anxious, so I cut it ! Im really proud of myself ❤!need to include vitamins to feel more energized and I am very grateful for your answer🙏🙏🙏 I look forward to a video with this content💋💋happy easter ❤❤❤
