He's caused a lot of mayhem in that 88 Porsche, but I want to cut him some slack here. He was turning into a left curve, like Carl said. He wasn't just moving to a different line. I've seen plenty of pros turn into passing traffic on the inside, even into the back half of the passing car. It could be said Marcel was denying him his line. Marcel still had plenty of room to his left. I'm not apportioning blame. I like to play devil's advocate sometimes, just to cover all sides. I have no love at all for the driver of the 88. I think he is NUMEROUS disasters still waiting to happen, in addition to all the carnage he's already caused. (And they're still letting him drive!) But I hate to take the easy way out and blame him outright. But wow, what a hit, straight into the concrete. It's amazing how good drivers are at finding that little patch of concrete wall without tires or anything in front of it. I can't believe I used to think crashes were fun when I was a kid (in the days of fires and fatalities, I'm sorry to say). Now I feel serious crashes like this one in my gut. I hope Marcel is all right too. Man that was a hard hit.
I ❤️ that they didn’t bleep out the true words of the Corvette #64!! This “no profanity” shit in my country MUST be revisited. I REALLY am inpatient to see the new C8-R racing in the WEC and IMSA. I think I’m going to have a wait of ANOTHER 2 years, unfortunately.😤😭
88 SHOULD HAVE BEEN DISQUALIFIED. HE PULLED MIDWAY AND NUDGED HIM. SLOW SPPED PLAY TO .25 IF THAT WAS A SAFETY CAR HE SHOULD BEEN AT SIDE OF TRACK NOT CENTER LANE.
Fassler is the professional and he has lots of experience at Le Mans. He should anticipate situations. Blaming the non-professionl in the Porsche as the commentators did, is ridiculous
Wrong. He should have looked in to his mirrors. I'm sure he was on edge after fucking up 3 times already. He was off the racing line and could have waited. It will be a learning experience for the 88 driver. But they should have taken him out for a stint
1:01:45 Move of the decade perhaps ever. Awestruck 😍
much respect for the 64 Corvette
My heart broke when the corvette got hit.....
Same
Hoshino was a mobile hazard in this race, completely out of his element.

HE WAS NOT DENYING ANYTHING, 88 PULLED UP MIDWAY AND INTENIONALLY NUDGED HIM.

Looks like the 88 dived in to make the turn and hit the 64. I hope marcel is ok.

Safety Car doesn't make any sense. Just Full Course Yellow every accident.
Ford ne devrait plus revenir au Mans vu la façon dont ils sont traités ....Magouille à tout bout de champ...Porsche doit arrosser à mort .
