Top speed is limited to 12,4mph. It does more? Not street legal! More than 500W = no license plate (yes, we need such a thing) or legal CoC and some hefty fines from the police I am happy with my Soflow So4 Pro, the most powerful street legal scooter in Germany (500W continous and 1200W max power)
It is street legal, of course if certain conditions are met and that is the AM license / age / registration / insurance. If not now, certainly in the near future.

I bought this , its nice but so slow in acceleration. Recently bought a 2500w Q30 , top speed is about the same but its so much quicker. Still under 1000 including tax. Its way better build quality as well.
Agreed! I just wish people started wearing nta helmets like xnito or bern, or even full face helmets while riding escooters. I see a lot of people underprotected out there
This is basically the exact scooter i have been looking for. .. I have a Surron and a Romeo Pro, both of which I love, but I keep thinking a scooter would be fun to add to the collection. This is perfect. The price is great, the specs are great, the look is exactly what i wanted...i can't think of a better entry level scooter.
As you said , this e-scooter is for lower weight person , my opinion maximum 150lbs , there is other model Joyor S8S ( 2 motor ) with 1248Wh battery for riders between 150 lbs - 200lbs . Generally most of this small Chinese e-scooters are designed for maximum 165lbs riders , doesn't matter what stands in manual .

I have the same scooter, but the dual motor model. I bought 2 of them. They're money well spent. Batteries last an exceptionally long time, the acceleration is crazy and top speed of 39 MPH. I changed the rear tube out this weekend, the valve stem failed. I do recommend them.
I just got a goped esr750 hoverboard, now that batteries and scooter prices have come down a bit. If you had this scooter today, what upgrades would you do? I am looking to try and get maximum range and still keep everything stock. So basically just upgrade the sla batteries to whatever is the largest custom battery pack that I can put in the board. I know goped sells the lifepo4 packs but 400 for each pack is way to much, would rather try and have someone make me some for less.

I rock my razor e300 and just don't care what anyone thinks....lol. I also have a car but use my scooter for fun or short trips. Yes I would like to have one similar to this but I'm really NOT going to ride it any further than I ride my e300. We don't have ANY laws here on e scooters.....we ALSO do not have any bike lanes. It is a very good scooter I bought it last may im from milan italy.for the price of 589 euro in geekmall i think its more better than gmax 30 of segway going 51 kmh if its fully charge i used it in city to commute everyday and im very satisfied

Looks great the range is a issue I can see it as something to store in your vehicle just in case you get stranded. Myself I was more interested in folding electric bikes those running purely on battery with at least some range and around 25 MPH. I might be considering now to look into scooters now
@@ElectricVehicleSpace Yes that is the tradeoffs you have to make and I could accept the speed because of the size and it honestly looks like a great scooter just a quick question is the battery removable so it can be switched out to a spare battery that is fully charged when the one on the scooter runs out. I figure the only way to increase the range would be to use two batteries. As you mentioned small battery and doubling the range you tested is about the amount of distance I would need to travel before recharging was possible. I exploring my options in order to get ready for Christmas shopping.

@@ElectricVehicleSpace I would estimate that a very high number of these types of scooters end up unprepared and collecting dust in the basement. Even with more mainstream companies and products than this one in your video, it can be a daunting task to keep it “on the road”.
I ride e300 razor because I live in a rural area where no one works on e scooters. Of course I don't recommend this scooter for city commuting BUT I can tell you that I'm capable of working on it myself but really nothing's gone wrong with it. I've had to tighten the brake and add some air to the tires. I get your point on maintenance though and it really is the main reason I've stayed away from "better" or "stronger" options. It's fun though....if I were in a real city with repair shops of course I would opt for a much stronger scooter
I'll stick to my kaabo wolf warrior thanks. I go literally mountain biking with it or just to the shops. It's quicker to get to with my scooter than my car.

that seems decent for the price for sure. I love my VSETT 10+ i just got for about 1800 they upgraded my battery at Alien Rides for free so im happy.

You can remove the Speed Limiter by the way. On my eletric bike, I removed my 40Km/h restriction and now I can go up to 70km.

Wouldnt recommend, You could attempt to tune it to the max speed the company advertises. Going much faster could burn the engine.

I drive one that go 16 mph tops. Going 31 mph is a super dangerous. You need a helmet minimum.

Alot of scooters go flat tires real easy so if your going to to get a scooter get you tubeless and puncture proof tires
or you can buy an urbanglide ecroos pro boost , it will give you 40mph on speed with 2x800w motors , and with 30mph range battery

Smaller scooters that go fast will deplete the battery faster. The battery pack is also puny here.

You don’t need to be a genius to repair escooters they are relatively simple to troubleshoot and you can get almost all parts from aliexpress
