    Putting it in the microwave works great too. I’m a home baker and i saw it on Pinterest awhile back. The heat brightens the color. Something else i recommend.

    Sorry if this is a repeat question, but what makes the Dream Cream better than your Velvet Buttercream?

      It’s completely egg free and uses easily accessible ingredients (no weird or fancy ingredients) it has a similar texture in consistency but is lighter and more fluffy without compromising the stability. Not greasy or gritty and not too sweet. It’s literally like eating a puff of cloud

    I take a lil coloured buttercream, double boil it until slightly melted n mix with the remaining buttercream n mix. The colours for the heat . Try

    OMG LIFEE SAVERRRRRRR.... i am going to try this and im glad to know to use the IMMERSION BLENDER for larger portions. OMG!!! i love it... even if you are doing a small like 24 cupcakes. do you still recommend using the blnder to save time?

      It depends on how much colored buttercream you’re going to pipe on the cupcakes. You can gage off of what you consider may be too much to handle by hand.
