As explained in transplant rejection,in hyperacute rejection is due to pre formed antibodies so if a person who has already received a transplant from a donor,that person again couldn't get transplanted from the same donor again .Is that so?

Mam...in direct graft rejection,why the donor's own apc engulfing thier own graft tissue...bcz it is antigenic for recipient not for donor then why this is happening

Madam need some corrections. During renal transplantation diseased kidney will be left in its original place( not removed).donor kidney will be anastomosis to external iliac artery and vien.
Yes absolutely, you are correct. Actually it was in flow of the topic I told that, I wasn't explaining the surgical steps of Renal transplant, I was explaining hyperacute rejection.
