Houses sit listed for so long, because they are overpriced values. I watched my friend's house in the past 11 years, estimated @ 400% over purchase price. I watched the last home I rented in 2016, increase in value @ 600% in 14 years, and 200% of that was within the recent 2 years.
Too much money for the shack. Nice trees but you can't live in a tree
